Disappointing with their idea of quality. I purchased 25 piece tailgate 1 tender was 2", 3 were 3" or less and if you see my photo the last tender on right was acceptable- it was "standard" 4" tender. I paid for 25 tenders and I got 25 pieces but 3 were a poor excuse of a tender. 1 employee moving around was great 1 employee walked around behind counter and in back and never said 1 word to me and he passed in front of me at least a dozen times. 2 on registers never learned customer service. tenders were good what there was of them
When you go there ? Order the box with 4 large chicken fingers comes with cold slaw, fries, drink and.toast .because when you bring friends who.came to visit you!! they will not only thank you!!But will "hug the hell" out of you too. For bringing them there.so if you want to get hugged eat at "canes"Yupp
Chicken was alright, but when I asked for extra sauce I was told I had enough...even when I insisted that I like the sauce. They believe in One Love, but apparently not for their customers. I won't be back.
My husband and son love this place! Chicken was hot and freshly cooked. They love the sweet tea! Service was fast and friendly
I ordered 2 caniac combos and told the lady I didn’t want the coslow on both the orders and wanted to replace it with an extra side of toast on both. Whenever I drove and got home they only gave me 1 toast on one of the orders and still gave the coslow on both of the orders and instead of the canes sauce they gave me honey mustard. I tried calling the store but they picked up the phone and hung up, tried calling a few times but they wouldn’t answer me. Horrible service, and hospitality. Ruined my whole day. I only really buy canes because of the Canes Sauce.
Pretty fast service in the drive. When I arrived there was a line going around the building back into the stop sign exiting towards academy. It did not take too long to go around. Great service and they have always git my order correct
Always fast service, always hot food! If they ever have chicken fingers that are smaller than usual, they will give you a couple extra to make up! Have never been disappointed
The workers were friendly and the food was hot and delicious.. I would rank 4.5 stars, if I could, because the chicken strips were small. Other than that, everything was great!
I come here a lot because my youngest daughter loves it. They are pretty quick, even with the long lines. The food always seems fresh too.
Quick lines, good food, great lemonade and of my like 50 visits there only 1 order has been messed up. Good service - Go here.
