Paid 30$ for a family meal ! Supposed to get lg. sides only got 1/2 cup of the sides that’s terrible! Drove 13 miles to get ripped off ! It’s bad enuff with inflation but you gotta rip people off !! We work hard for our family!! How would you like it ?? Sorry !!! Just cheap !!
This Popeyes needs to shut down or something. Even with just two cars in drive thru it's still an hour wait. I love Popeyes but sheesh this is bananas.
This Popeyes is located at 1605 N Hwy 77, Waxahachie, TX.I usually do not write one Star Experience unless I'm trying to help the location to be better.First and foremost, this review is not about the employees, the taste of the food, or price.This review is intended for the owner of this location and the franchise Popeyes.This location dose not have the walk in open, so stop advertising it's open. You have to wait in the Drive Thru for about 30 mins to 45 mins to get tenders. I saw 5 people walk up to the door and pull on it and walk away because they did not want to wait in line.I had a trailer and the drive thru is larger enough to pull thru with a trailer but it would have been much easier to go inside and ordered.Because of the position of the Popeyes drive thru, you have one way in and one way out and it's causing other businesses and traffic from the highway to back up because of Popeyes drive thru. It's a hazard.Once I got my chicken, I spoke with an employee who was very nice and polite. The employee told me if they opened the front, they did not have enough workers to man both the front counter and drive thru. The employee then said no one will work here.Well that's all I need to hear. This message, review is to the owner and franchises. Give the employees more money or some reason to work at Popeyes. Stop being greedy and give a helping hand to the employees instead of trying to cut corners.The food is great, employees are great, and the prices are understood. Management needs to come to this location and find out how their restaurant is being ran...Delicious food when you can order it...Multiple times we've been by and they are closed in the middle of the day on the weekend. Someone that drove by put a piece of paper on the speaker that said don't waste your time nobody is here. Hopefully an employee didn't put that there. What a shame...
If I can give 0 stars that's what they would get from me. Horrible. I don't know how they are still open. Only drive thru is ever open, and the line is always extremely long. They literally take one order at a time from speaker to pick up. Forget trying to call them, because they won't answer the phone. This place is a complete joke.
Employees are nice but do not seem to ever get my orders right. Drive through is super slow too!
You don't deserve no stars your chicken was cold and old and it is not cheap either. I sat in your drive thru for 30 minutes to be served bad food as long as your line was nothing should have been cold i will not br back to waxahachie Popeyes its restaurants like you that make me go to heb and cook my own food. Shame on you then when i tried to call your phone wouldn't even ring like you were closed you should have been closed serving cold food
Made an online order. Everything went good. Drove up to find the lights off and the building closed up. Drove up to the window and found the employees sitting in the kitchen as their kids played in the dining room. Had to wait a little bit for the order even tho they weren't doing anything when I pulled up. Then they forgot the pies.... I'm just so confused.
Asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and got red beans and rice instead. Cole slaw had a funny taste to it.
Really good Chicken Sandwiches but there was literally two people working there so it was a little slow.
