I have not used Pizza Hut in a long time and now remember why. My wife was craving pineapple and decided to order a pizza with pineapple on it (I know, gross). While my pizza was cooked the way I ordered it, my wife's was prepared without the pineapple - which was the reason we ordered the pizzas in the first place. It is also disappointing that she had to drive to pick up the pizzas as we have had SERIOUS problems with delivery times in the past.
I feel like people are quick to leave a review when a restaurant makes a mistake - but are not so inclined to leave a positive review when everything is good. We ordered Pizza Hut for dinner tonight and the employees here accommodated the preferences on our pizza, and made sure our order wasn’t missing anything. We tried the new spicy pepperoni pizza and it was SO good. Our Pizza Hut employees deserve more recognition for their hard work. ?
It would have been better if we had marinara sauce without double order of breadsticks. Order tracker is poorly design with a little updates on the progress of order.
I have called the store countless times when I got home I realize my order was wrong they gave me two orders of chicken Alfredo when they were supposed to give me a family size order of chicken Alfredo and one family size order of meaty marinara. no one at the store is picking up the phone. There is no place here to put in a complaint there's no place to put in a comment about my order and there's no satisfaction questions nothing. I took pictures of the food since no one's answering the phone not able to go back to the store tonight

The pizza was made to our liking. It was well done. We did not knew that they had ran out of large pan dough and they gave us two medium pizzas. This was more than we ask for.
Bring the delivery time down from 2 hours and deliver me hot pizza.
Large order today never delivered with no communication to us. It took multiple calls to finally get someone to take our call. Finally my wife had to drive there in person to go through drive through and get refund for the undelivered order.
The pizza was cold and hard like cardboard. The cinnarolls were dry and partially blackened. Usually I am very pleased with my orders from this location. Took 2 hours for the order to arrive, which I understand can happen.
Pizza was pretty dry and I did not have any marinara sauce for the breadsticks
