called about my BURNT dry no sauce and not cut pizza . And couldn’t even get a remake sent out to us . And don’t even bother waiting to hear an apology cause after being sent around the store over the phone to 3 employees not one apology or solution . Rude employees and no problem solved . Said they’d do a refund and didn’t even give any info on it at all. Trash service .
5/14 - I ordered a 2 litter soda with my order ... the store made a decision to substitute it with 3 (20 oz) sodas. I called to explain that I have four guests and only three sodas. The female who answered the phone exchanged that she didn't appreciate my attitude - I provided as a customer I didn't appreciate a substitution without a notification on products I paid for. This was my first and last experience with this store! It has been over 10 years since I purchased something from Papa John's and I see that customer service is still not a priority! Heads up Papa John's courtesy and communication would have solved this issue and exceeded expectations with this customer.
Haven’t had papa johns in a long time so decided to try it again.I only gave 1 star because delivery guy was GREAT. Ordered online got my total of 23.62 for 1 pizza had coupon and still 23.62 which was high but I did have delivered so didn’t mind paying delivery fee. Pizza was 45 min late and had to put in microwave to heat it up some. The total delivery guy gave me was 29.61…hmmmmm had confirmation in email from website so had proof so gave driver what website gave me and said I’d call store.Talked to the rudest person “manager” won’t name names told her website amount which she said it was wrong and should have paid driver 29.61 and now he probably got in trouble when not his fault and she said “now he will be short” so she probably took his tip. Thing is told the mgr the website needed to be fixed and she said it wasn’t her job to fix anything in a hateful voice and hung up on me. Hmmmm how does website price and store price differ???Pizza was awful by the way!!!! Won’t order from them anymore and little ceasars is much better. Could have bought 3 pizzas from them for what PJ charged for yucky pizza.Give manager 0 stars and should take some courses on her customer service and managerial skills cause with that attitude she isn’t helping the store any but that’s just my opinion. Hope others have a better experience!!!
Ordered pizza, wings and a 2 liter soda. Got pizza wings and 3 20 ounce sodas. THE DRIVER was told that there were no 2 liters of the soda we ordered. When we explained that we should have been notified of the soda change as we are a 2 kid. 2 adult family the storeperson ," I dont appreciate the attitude cuz it's 2 of us here and we're trying !!" So instead of trying to accommodate us as paying customers, the driver was informed !!!!! The customer should be aware of changes in the order as to make decisions on the order they are paying for. First and last time at this location !!!! 2 miles from the house and the food was Lukewarm too !!!! No thanks, never again !!!!!
This location went Above & Beyond for my family yesterday. We hired a food truck for our Celebration of Life ceremony that decided to no-showed on us. We went into panic mode and decided pizza would be easiest for us, never thinking how hard of a task it would be for the store. We ordered 13 pizzas from them total, 12 were XL and there were only 2 people working! Megan the manager was awesome, she assisted our friend in getting everything ordered with care and empathy. We appreciate y’all springing into action to help us in such a panicked moment. Thank you so much ❤️

Good Evening, I ordered a pizza with Papa John’s at the Waxahachie location this evening. The staff was nice trying to fix the order but unfortunately after three times, it still wasn’t right. Finally got home after to sit down and enjoy my stuffed crushed pizza I had been craving. But NOPE still wasn’t right. Just dough in my crust. So, after over an hour of my time waisted on my pizza being made incorrectly I was overcharged for my pizza because you have to pay extra for this crust. I’m not driving back into town 22 minutes away from my house in hopes that someone may or may not be able to make a pizza correctly. Tried to call and inform them to request a refund but NOPE no answer. This is just ridiculous! I suggest you order pizza ANYWHERE else or go to the Midlothian location. Here is another update I was told by customer support I need to drive BACK to the store AGAIN for any help. STAY AWAY!
It's pizza so... Pizza! Very fast and very friendly, and that makes all the difference. I highly recommend Papa John's in Waxahachie ??
Our pizza was made quickly and within the time window that it gave when I ordered through the app. We got an XL sausage pizza and breadsticks. I was helped quickly when I arrived to pick up our food and it was hot and ready to go. Both boxes contained the dipping sauces as well. The pizza and breadsticks were really delicious! We had a really wonderful experience and I look forward to ordering from them again.
