I really enjoy the food that Panera Bread makes, if only I could get it prepared correctly at the Waxahachie, TX location. The last 4 or 5 visits have been far less than sub par. In particular every time we order the Frontega Chicken Sandwich and every time it is wrong. My selections are made as per the customization options and never is it prepared properly. This is very disappointing. I'd already pushed back to less frequent visits. Not sure I want to return nor suggest others to visit anymore. ?
The food is good and the staff there are awesome and very accommodating. Great place to get together with friends and hang for a bit.
$13 dollar whole salad is an absolute joke. It is the size of a side salad. Will never purchase a to go salad. Plus they are so careless. I bought two salads to go and they literally threw 2 pieces of bread inside the big brown bag, not even wrapped or in a container, just thrown in there. With all the high cost of eating out it is not worth it when they give a miserable portion and just throw the food on the bag. Will not be going back.
Been to this location three times, delivered, and pick up once and so far it’s been amazing. The ladies at the counter are super nice and friendly, and they also always ask if everything is okay. Even when I came up to ask for a curbside order that was taking too long they were very professional and nice!! Will definitely keep getting lunch and coffee from this place.
I waited 5 min for the store to open this morning because I love Panera but this location is the worst. I placed my order on the self service at the same time as other person placing her order with the store rep. She got her order within 5 min. I had to ask for my order 20 min later. Coffee had no vanilla flavor. 23 min plus 5 min until open for just a coffee, bagel and yogurt. Never again
Everyone is always SO polite! Always clean and if there are ever any issue they are quick to get them resolved.
I ordered a cinnamon crunch latte and I got a cup of hot milk with cinnamon flavoring. I thought it tasted weird so I opened it and this is what I saw. For over $5 y’all really need to get it together. This location is absolute garbage and so is everyone working there.
Love the food here, when it's made right, but they never get our order right. I work near this location, so I visit frequently. 7/8 times something is missing, or not made correctly.
Usually I don’t leave reviews because I get things happen, but I just want others and Panera to bring this attention. This location is by far the WORST Panera. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS out of bread bowls. It’s 4pm, 12pm, 7pm and they are out. I go to another Panera at 8:45pm and they are fully in stock. This has happened in waxahachie 4 + times. Tonight we went in, they were out. Ordered online for delivery about a month ago and had no issues until the delivery itself. Delivery guy shows up and says “they were out of bread bowls so they upgraded your soup to the larger ones to compensate”. No call from the restaurant letting us know or giving an option to cancel the order or refund the difference of the bread bowl. Go to literally any other Panera and you’ll have better service than here.
I Order coffee before leaving house to pick up on my way to work or doing errands. Every time I pick it up its Always Fresh and Hot . The staff are always nice ty for making the start of my day start off in a positive way.
