We came here after school for dinner and had a nice experience. There were hostesses at the entrance that did not smile nor showed any desire to work their customer service skills (took off one star). I did not feel welcomed. The waiter and the chefs, however, saved the evening. The waiter was amicable and patient with my kids. The food was fresh, hot and very tasty. The kids loved it. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. I would come here again. I hope next time the hostesses don't just stare at me and look like I'm inconveniencing them by being there.
I have to say that this was our best experience at OG ever. This trip our server was phenomenal and our food was delicious and came out perfect. I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara, which I've never had before. It's basically Alfredo sauce sauteed with bacon and bell peppers over spaghetti. It's amazing and great compliment to chicken and shrimp. The wife had fettuccine Alfredo and asked for broccoli and mushrooms to be added. She said, "whoever made this made it like they were going to eat it." They increased the amount of Alfredo sauce to cover the additional veggies. Salad and bread sticks were awesome as usual.This trip will be what we measure all other OG trips. Thank you!
After a very long, difficult day at work, I decided a Tour of Italy would be just what I needed to put this day to bed. I went for the curb side option because I was so eager to get home, eat, and end this helluva day. The food came out right on the time they said it would. They handed me the food and wished me a good night. But, right in line with how the day has been, I accidentally knocked over the bag and spilled my entire meal all over my truck. Embarrassed, I took the spilled container of what I could scoop off my floorboard inside and asked if there was a place I could throw away my mess. I told them this was 100% my fault, and asked if I could buy another one. Instead the hostess and manager had me a new, warm meal in a few minutes, no charge, and joked off the situation and made me feel a little better. Now I’m home and the food is delicious, but them showing a little compassion, especially not knowing the day I had, really mattered to me. A pleasant ending to an otherwise forgettable day! Thanks for ending my day on a high note!
The food was amazing. This is the only reason why I'm giving it an okay. The service, however is the main reason that I'm not overly thrilled with my overall experience. We had a party of 11 on 03/05/2022. We were sat at a 8 top that they made into a 10. When we asked for another chair because we had 1 person left, we were told that we weren't getting one due to that designated area only being able to hold 10. Once I asked about why we would be sat at a 10 person table when we had 11 people, they promptly brought over a chair for us. Had 2 servers taking care of us that day, drinks took about 20 minutes to get to our table and the alcoholic beverages took over half an hour. Food was brought out in bits, couple of people got their food at a time. Rarely saw the servers, and when we did, drinks were not filled and the table was not cleared. Had to grab the servers attention to take empty salad bowls and appetizer plates away from the table ao we had room for our main dishes. Overall a meh experience... Still very glad the food is as good as it always is.
Was a great experience, seated very quick.Staff was friendly and courteous. Great service. Facility clean. We were serve very quick, food was serve hot, as I like, order was correct and delicious.
Always a great place for lunch and dinner. I love their salad starter.
Did pick up and everything was good. It did take about 15 to 20 minutes past scheduled pick up time to get the food. There was a line waiting for parking spots for pick up and the truck beside us must of had at least 8 bags of food come out. Considering how busy they were I think the wait was acceptable.
While the host and bartender who served my meal - dining room was full - were pleasant and on top of my needs, the area needed cleaning. And I hope someone cleans the heating & ac vents - they are dirty & desperately need attention.
Food was fast and fresh and delicious. Ordered a new shrimp fritto mistook appetizer and it was fresh and real good
Restaurant was very busy. We wound up eating at the bar. Ordered some Cabernet. First bottle tasted bad. Over time, got a new bottle of Mondavi. Good wine, good soup and salad. Waiter in bar was young but did a good job.
