Place was filthy and the young man that took our order was sloppy and didn't pay attention at all. Hair all over his head..gross! Flies everywhere,drink station was nasty. Entire place was just nasty! Won't be back nor will I ever recommend this location! Pizza was even made wrong!! Smh. And we were overcharged.
Love the fact that I can build my own pizza. And for a REASONABLE price, too. Got everything I asked for and no soggy/uncooked dough.Lovin this pizza place ??
My wife, son and I had lunch here on Mother’s Day around 1:30 in the afternoon. The food was wonderful (*****). We each had a different individual pizza. The ingredients were fresh and taste was just right - not too spicy or bland. Plus the service very friendly (*****). Unfortunately, just before we left a supervisor called out a female employee for something. I have no idea what she did wrong and if she did something wrong it certainly needed to be addressed. But what was uncalled for was the berating and humiliation of an employee in front of peers. It was totally unprofessional. To make it worse, most of the customers could overhear! As we were leaving, we noticed this young lady had been assigned sweeping floors and was visibly upset and had been crying. That’s an excusable. I hope management reads this review and deals appropriately with their inept supervisor at this location.
Very good pizza and a good place to spend quality family time..wife and I took our grandkids there and they enjoyed it....a little pricey but overall worth it to enjoy a good pizza

The service was slow and the staff were pretty rude when we first got to the store, but they did eventually chill out and we're kinda fun to chat with in the end. The food took long enough to come out but once it did, it was definitely delicious!
We made a snap decision to try something new for dinner tonight and came across MOD pizza in Waxahachie. We did the create your own thick crust and let me tell you- BEST PIZZA WE HAVE EVER HAD! Staff and service was great but THAT PIZZA!!! 100/10 would eat here again!
First time here! Was there on Jan 26th about an hour before they closed. The 2 guys working were absolutely amazing! Great customer service, outstanding attitudes, and super helpful. Food was great.
