Manger Diane is so rude I waited over an 1 hr stone cold food. After receiving cold food I waited an additional 30 minutes to receive my 5 drinks when I asked for a refund she said no closed the window and walked off. I need my money back and to talk to Some one above her about my experience at your restaurant tonight.
Ordered a double quarter pounder with a extra patty and extra cheese got a regular double quarter pounder and tried to call to get it corrected only got we are not available now and the voicemail was full
The restaurant was rather busy.Prep of our small & basic order was very slow.Worst of all, the drink lids popped off & we had soda all over our clothes & the inside of the car.It's total nonsense that such an iconic, multi Billion dollar international corporation is too CHEAP to use decent lids!
I was blown away. Management had very strong ethical mannerism that conducted a whole new experience for me i haven't seen nor felt in a very long time! Right away I gain their managers establishment as a whole respect back them and their establishment. I guess the best way to explain it is. I respect them and they earned mines. Then reflecting on this we need more people like them. - If you ever go there go up to them and say hey. George says hi! Thx

I’ve had 3 very poor experiences with this McDonald’s. The service is not purposefully bad, but there’s little effort to perform well. My wife’s order had been forgotten, I’ve taken home a raw quarter pounder, and now mayonnaise was randomly added to my burger.
Drive thru order for my gkids..goods... chicken sandwich had no chicken just buns, ordered sweet tea was given unsweetened tea 4th time this has happened, fries taste like old oil/grease and cold.... Had to reorder food via door dash for my gkid who didn't get the meat on her sandwich..... extra money spent.... ridiculous

This place is incredible they get you in and out in like 5 seconds. I have never seen a McDonald's run like this. It's like a assembly line. Pay, next window have your food. I have never waited at the McDonald's in waxahachie. My food always fresh and hot. The employees are friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say.
Like so many places nowadays, higher pay doesn't guarantee better service. Ordered an egg cheese and bacon McMuffin thru drive thru and on the road discovered it had no egg or cheese...just two slices of bacon...yum and for $5. Makes eating on the go not worth it when you have to check to make sure not only that you have the right amount you ordered but that they put it together right. Used not have to worry about that stuff. Poor work ethic growing everywhere.
