This place was great except for the management a lady by the name of Stephanie was talking so ugly to the employees. oh my goodness she was beyond employee abuse. it's sad to come to such a great place and have to listen to the recommendation of a management on an employee will you start to feel sorry for the employees. There's no way I would put up with that and there's no way I would even let my kids listen to her talk like that why we are out trying to have a good time. I was not the only one that noticed three other tables was listening to it and we could hear it from the front what was going on in the back that's insane one couple shook their head and walked out the door while me and my kids finished our food we won't be returning somebody needs to do something about this lady that's unappropriate and I don't want to witness that.
Making a drive back home and stopped by to get some food at our favorite go to is McAlister’s but this one in is the last one you would want to go to. Worst costumer services. Employees and MANAGER have the worst approach asked to have bacon bits on our Mac and cheese and when brought out (note we payed for it already while ordering) and what we got was a crumbs of bacon and for $1.50-.75 you should get a lot more than crumbs and when we asked an employee if we could get a little bit more nicely, manager over heard and saying we had to pay and we paid AGAIN $2.00 for it and were later getting made fun of by staff and manager. which one we paid to get more two they all had a terrible approach and lake of communication three when asked by costumer when needing something or even something as small as side of bacon it could have been approached a different why by staff and management.
Fantastic and I live within walking distanceTheir subs and salads are great
Owning a small business for 34 years makes me appreciate good employees. Felicity, the manager and Michael work really hard to keep things moving smoothly and customers happy. The food is good too, but those two employees are exceptional.
4th time visiting and the people here are so nice and accommodating. Wanted something low carb and no sugar and they looked up the nutritional facts for me. They were quick to ask if we needed refills and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and I will continue to suggest others to go here.
I have been coming here the past 3-ish weeks to study for a huge test that I will be taking soon and the staff here has been the SWEETEST! I am here hours on end and they all have checked on me throughout the entire time I am here. They refill my drinks and make sure I am okay so I can focus on my studies. Their welcoming environment and beautiful smiles have me coming back every day. To name a few, thank you Sonya, Kennedy, and Felicity.
I ordered curbside pick-up because I and my child are sick. But there was no point in doing curbside when no one brought my food out and I had to go in for my food. My food was sitting in a cubby after I had been waiting 15 minutes past when my food was supposed to be done. The customer service is HORRIBLE. This is the 3rd time I have dealt with this curbside issue. Turn curbside off if it is an inconvenience.
I work for a local school and frequent the city of Waxahachie. I began going to McAllister for the decent salads. I strayed away from that and tried the chili and a sandwich. The sandwich barely had the right size meat on this big piece of bread, it was supposed to have guacamole on it but looked like a small swipe of green and that's it. I had a half sandwich with chicken and chili was decent. However, going back to order the chili again at another visit a week later. I wanted the catering size cup, 32 oz. They decided to put the chili in two "equal" sized cups instead of the one I wanted and didn't really give a reason. They just said "yes ma'am, these are equal to the other 32oz." Every time I go, I just get more disappointed. Sooooo not going any longer. Chipotle for me!
I just wanted to leave a quick review to say thank you to the management here at McAlister's! They were out of a few items which of course is not their fault at all but the manager came by to check on us and she was so so sweet. She totally accommodated us for the items they didn't have! Thanks again!
My son and I came to Waxahachie location to dine in. Customer service was awful. When we walked in, it took the front staff a few minutes that they had a line of customers waiting. When it was our turn to place our order, the cashier was so rude to my son when he was placing his order. The cashier didn’t greet us. Just asked what were we going to order. No eye contact. Just staring at the register. My 14 year old son asked for a sandwich, then she asked what his side order was going to be. (Mind you, you guys have several screens up with menu items.) The question caught him off guard and he asked what were the side items available. That’s when she looked him straight in the face and lifted both her hands behind her head and pointed to the back towards the screen behind her! Not one word out of her mouth. That’s when I decided to make note of her name on her badge. It upset me even more that she turned out to be a manager. Her name being Sonya D. He still didn’t know what to make of her gesture. So I had to point out exactly to where on the screen it said SIDE ITEMS. She rushed us through the rest of our order. At the end, we didn’t get a thank you or even our receipt. Customer service goes a long way. I realize that a lot of places are short staffed and employees may be having a bad day. But when I’m just there to enjoy a sandwich with my son, the last thing I expect is this kind of attitude. Just made me NOT enjoy my meal.
