I am very disappointed in the customer service. This was my first time trying Marcos pizza. I ordered online at 8:49pm to pick up at 9:30pm. I arrived to the store at 9:32pm and the young man told me that he see my order but they haven't cooked it. He told me it'll be 12 minutes and apologized. Against my better judgment I decided to wait. I went back in at 9:45pm, once again I received another apology. His exact words were, "I'll be honest I didn't see the ticket and I didn't know you wanted squares, I'm sorry." I'm confused how did you make the pizza that I requested without seeing the ticket? I was also missing the ranch that I requested. At this point I was over it and just took the pizza and left. The flavor wasn't bad but the pizza was mostly crust with only a few pieces of sausages and pepperoni. I won't be trying again. I don't know if the workers just had an off night but there were multiple issues.
Pizza is always hot and fresh and ready for pick up at the time given for carry out.
We only had pizza this time. I bought the large deluxe and the a large pepperoni pizza. Both were pretty good. Thick crust is a must for me and the flavor was on point.
Absolutely my favorite pizza place, our drive was absolutely amazing. He accidentally forgot our 2 liter and went out of his way to go BUY us one and bring it back. It was top notch customer service and the pizza is SO good.

Marcos provides phenomenal customer service. It seems like people actually enjoy working here and the food is ✨Chefs kiss ✨??. Through college I would order pizza and grab a movie from the video store and it was my only way to relax. I recommend Marcos to anyone looking for fresh pizza that doesn't just taste like it came out of the freezer.
It is pretty darn good. But the reason why its not 5 star is because there is definitely a few pizza places better than this. If your on a budget And want pizza I DEFINITELY recommend going here ?
You know what I like about pizza? When it has all the toppings I like and the crust is good and it is not greasy. Know what I mean. That's why I like Marcos.
