Husband went by today and ordered me fish and chips... Drove 45 minutes home and this is what was given to him..... 2 boxes of crumbs....
I have ordered the grilled shrimp three times. The first two times the rice was hard the third time the rice was better but my corn must have had a cup of salt in it. Could not eat it. The shrimp is really good but for what it cost I would like to be able to eat my whole meal. Don't imagine I will be going back. And like the other post says it does not come with a drink so that's more money.
I went in today for lunch, left around 1:30 and I have to say the staff that was on shift was awesome! Every single person there had a smile on their face and not one guest left without a "Thank You" from at least one of the staff members. The woman at the register was so polite and even brought the food to our table and passed it out to us! It's been a long time since I've been somewhere where there was also a drive thru with service like that! There was also a gentlemen that was bringing food out into the dining room and engaging with customers, asking customers if anything was needed while passing by their tables. It's been a very long time since I have witnessed customer service like this. Felt like I was dining in someone's home with the hospitality that was the offered. What is the corporate number so I can tell them about the amazing staff they have at his location?
Went through the drive thru yesterday about 2/3pm. Ordered some food, didn’t know the meals didn’t come with drinks and was automatically corrected when I said “two number 5’s one with root beer and one with Dr Pepper” they replied “they dont come with drinks”So I added them. Then ordered two kids meals with root beer.They started to repeat my order and got the drinks mixed up so I said “no the root beers are on the kids meals, I need a large Dr Pepper and a large root beer for the adult meals” immediately the person over the speaker said “attitude”My husband told me to drive away and I called to find out it was Batrice Carson on drive at that time. I will not be returning. I was literally speechless.
My husband loves this place! The fish and chicken were hot and fresh, the people were friendly and the service was fast
This place never has malt vinegar. All Long John Silvers have malt vinegar. It’s the signature taste. I don’t understand if management is not ordering it or what. We’ve tried calling ahead, but they keep saying no. How can they be perpetually out? Won’t be back. That’s just ridiculous.

The food was quick very courtesy employees fast but I will say for two people eating there little expensive $30 for two people but reasonable but overall this was a great place
I would put a 0 for no star rating, I went thier and they charge me twice and I call and they don't even answer the phone. I told the person that I was charged already and he still charge me.
