This was my second visit in the last 2 months. After walking into the restaurant I stood at the front boat stand for a little over 6 minutes before a dark headed young girl came up to ask me if I needed to be seated. I replied Yes. She never smiled. Never said follow me just started to walk away and then said is the bar area ok? I said it was fine. She sat down the menu and silverware and walked away. “Nothing” else at all. The fact I stood up front for 6 minutes looking these folks in the face before getting help I was already disappointed but now I’m getting frustrated as this is terrible service. I watched as 3 tamales were back by the kitchen area standing around talking and the bartender was the only person running around taking orders and trying to take care of 14 people seated at the bar. I have it seven more minutes. No waitress. No one spoke to me. Nothing brought to drink. The fact I’ve wasted 15 minutes of my lunch time on this type of experience was more than unacceptable. So I left. I understand that times are different and there isn’t as much help available but to only have 1 waiter who was the bartender at 245pm on a Tuesday afternoon does not make sense.I will not be going back so Patrons beware. This Logans has definitely gone down hill over the last year or 2.Signing off??
Been here several times now, and we love it. Food is always great and so is the service! Even when we have gotten it Togo it was delicious ?. We went yesterday around 1pm, and had a young gentleman as our server, I wish I could remember his name because he did such a good job!

Pretty sure you could save your money cook at home and your bathroom will be clean, the table would be clean. Just sayin from a truck driver point of view...the place is dirtier than dirty. I'd rather eat anyplace other than here! McDonald's sounds great!
Was givin a sweet potato instead of loaded baked potato, 8oz steak was more like a 4oz steak, salad tasted like trash and I don't even know how you mess up a salad, pretty pathetic overall, don't waste you money, seems like logans is basically dollar store texas roadhouse, yet their pricing would suggest top quality food.. 0/10 would not recommend.You know, I see how many bad reviews this particular store has received, and that the owner seems to reply to all of them. If you acctually focused on improving the quality of your restaurant instead of ensuring customers that you will do just that; might not have to do so much damage control.
Great place, for steaks and more, the steak was done perfect medium, the salmon and shrimp cooked perfectly. The food tasted great.
Picked up dinner for work, the food was amazing, I’ll definitely be back soon.
My sista's and I came this way to spend the day. We decided on this spot for lunch, and let me tell ya so glad we did. ? yum!Nick was awesome and very patient with us as we asked questions on items from the menu. The food was perfectly delicious and done exactly how we ordered.
Went in for lunch and ordered steak with corn and waffle fries. The waiter brought out regular fries. I told him I ordered waffle fries and he just casually said said oh we don’t have them anymore but those are good. Wouldn’t that detail have been better when I ordered instead of assuming the customer wouldn’t care? I would have ordered something different if I would have known. Didn’t bother ordering anything else since the food was already there, and the fries were not good. They were everyday fast food fries that you can get from anywhere.The steaks were good though.
comparable to texas roadhouse. nice size portions and tates good. staff was friendly and fast. close to our hotel.
