Emmanuel waited on several people at window, in store, on the phone…multi tasked! He was the only one concerned w the customers. He was polite and on top of his job! He had a person finally come up but just stood while he was working w a line of people. He needs a high five and a raise!! He thought when I asked for his name I was going to say something negative..lol I believe when people work hard and show respect for others deserve to be noticed! Especially when it’s hard to get anyone to show up these days.. come to find out.. it was his day off as well! Emmanuel thank you for coming in today you are setting an example for rest!! I hope your boss reads this.. I did ask about a survey so could give a positive feed back! Pizza is awesome and exactly as I ordered.
I've tried to get food here several times in the last few weeks, and each time I've been told straight away that it's gonna be an hour wait on everything. I'm beginning to feel like they are just saying that to make their job easier. Frustrating...
First time customer at this location, in fact probably have not had a Little Caesars pizza in decades, but due to disappointment in the other pizza establishments in town we decided to try a new pizza place. Pizza was excellent, will return.
It is unfortunate that this is the only Little Caesar’s in Waxahachie. They really are the most incompetent group of workers. I came by to get crazy bread and the girl told me that there were only online orders being made. She said that the notice was on the door. It’s just unprofessional and it seems like a bunch of teenagers are just making decisions instead of the manager. There is no such information on the stores’s page. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
Little Caesars is my number one for takeout pizza! I've never found a bad one anywhere in Ellis County so I highly recommend this one and all the others ??
The store manager has great customer service
Our go to pizza place. Not a long wait. Staff is friendly and attentive. Really good at getting our special order right the first time.
Told me 10-15 min it’s been 40 min and my pizza is sitting out on the counter waiting for cheese bread that’s only takes 5 min. They are not using gloves and just sitting back there talking and all over eachother while the manager is on the computer. Crazy how they have 6 people working but say they are short staffed. I’ve worked at a pizza place where it was just me and the manager and 10 min wait tops on everything.
Good food for small budget
Pizza's were not properly cut and a pizza was all over box from when lid was closed. So pizza was destroyed but the manager took good care of us.
