I received fried batter chunks with no chicken in my famous bowl! I broke every single one open and there was no chicken. not even old, dried, overcooked, hard yellow strings. Golden brown chunky fried batter, corn, potatoes, and gravy. I am beyond disappointed. My husband's bowl was the same. My daughters chicken pot pie was good. It will definitely be a long time before I spend money on that again and I will have to have the time to go inside so I can check the popcorn chicken for chicken before I leave.
Called at 930pm on a Sunday for a phone in order. They would not take the order because 'They were closing soon. Arrived at the drive thru 8 min later and was told they were out of chicken. Really? Sounded like someone wanted to go home rather than serve customers.
Got food to go and started to eat it after about 15 minutes down the road and found that the chicken was not cooked all the way. Well never go back there again. Call health inspector
Spent 22 dollars just to not get my biscuits. I asked before I drove off and the lady said they were in there.I went back once I realized and they said they were closed, 40 minutes before closing time. I get the whole understaffed thing but c'mon just tell me you don't have biscuits or don't tell me you put them in there if you're not going to serve them. First and last time I'm coming here.
I usually get wings, which I usually have to wait a little for but I do not mind because they’re hot. The major problem here is that they stop selling or having chicken at 7pm but they’re open much later. Other than this, chicken tastes like KFC.
