Extremely disappointed in the Waxahachie IHOP. I hadn't eaten at this location in over 10 years and expected there to be little to no change. Wow how wrong I was. The food was bland, unseasoned and just straight up tasted like sadness and depression. The waitress was not amused with us coming in as if we bothered her just being there. Had a nasty scowl on her face. The cherry on top of the dumpster fire of a visit was finding a beard hair in my food, at that point I was just absolutely done and no point in even saying anything to our very disgruntled waitress. I was so sad because I used to remember IHOP having such great tasting food like their crepes and pancakes and having very great and friendly service. This visit has proven to just simply not come back to IHOP and will be sticking to Waffle House for breakfast from now on.
I was at Ihop tonight, and we told our waiter that we didn't want bacon in our dish due to allergies. Despite our requests for a replacement meal due to our allergies, the waitress continued to serve us our meal with bacon. We witnessed her simply go to the back of the Ihop and remove the bacon, rather than preparing a meal. And after I confronted her about this issue she screamed in a disrespectful tone can we get a burger with just cheese.Overall, my experience there was terrible.
I'd give zero stars if I could.Food was okay.Waitress was not. Made two appearances; take my order and sling my food on the table to rush back to her conversation. No refills at all.Flag her down just to get my ticket despite the empty cup and plate sitting out of the way and her walking by repeatedly.The shear audacity to ask me if I wanted my change on a $25 bill after handing her $40. To top it off, she kept the coins herself. Brought me the paper change back. Since she helped herself to her tip and stole from me, that's all she got. Thanks Christie.Never again.
Freshness, flavor, hospitality and cleanliness hands down this is the best IHOP around! We left full and impressed! Our waitress Dena was very patient, friendly and through. We live in Arlington but would gladly drive here to this one!!! I’m in love!
Waited almost 30 minutes to get seated finally got to a table waited on server and all the people behind us got seated and served with drinks and a server and we where still waiting In the time I was there I seen 4 complaints and manager gave a 50%discount to someone for the bad service. Don’t recommend

The cooks obviously don't know how to cook a Sunnyside up egg since they left majority of the egg undercooked. The yolk should be runny but not the egg white. The waitress even took it back to the cook and said something. Then they send me out new eggs that were the same way. This has happened before at this location. Never again will I go back.

Sweet waitress! The food was great! Order the BLT ! It's a must!
Waitress was nice but place was colder than outside, we were cramped in a booth, and the food took forever! We saw two tables that came in long after us get their food long before us. And my pancakes were hard and cold. First time there. Forgiving because of the times we are in, but I hope the manager sees this for the future.
Clean and great service. The waitress are so friendly and helpful when it comes to recommending something new to eat.
