DO NOT COME HERE until they can get a manager back on staff... the "chefs" seem to be doing the best they can, but it definitely isn't enough to keep anywhere near the expected standard. How do I get a refund when there isn't even a manager to complain to about our wrong order and food that tastes spoiled or that is burned until it could do no harm? $20 that I'll just count as a cheritable donation I guess.

Absolutely terrible location based on the service. I ordered my breakfast a head of time(online). The order was set to be picked up at 8:17. I arrived at the store early and waited until the pick up time. The doors were still locked so I decided to call. I called several times no answer. I finally got someone on the phone at 8:35. The man I spoke with said they open at 8. When I brought up the fact I have been trying to get my food for 20 minutes at this point. He began to raise his voice and insisted they've been open. To me a locked door and unanswered phone doesn't seem open. A simple we were running late this morning would have been understandable. I finally received cold food at 8:45.

Food is usually good. Service is sometimes lacking (you can tell most of the workers are new and the cooks give attitude if you point out a mistake on your order ie: no shrimp in a shrimp taco).

Place use to be great but not anymore. Food is horrible and cold when you get it. I asked for some fuzzzy dust on the side and the guy said we don’t do that you can buy some up front. Since when do you not do it? I’ve always got to. Tonight we went to the fuzzy in Red oak and it was perfect. Clear, very friendly staff and when I picked up my order when it was ready the owner himself said would you like some fuzzy dust on the side? What? The one in waxahachie said I couldn’t ask for that. Then he said as I walked off if you need more chips for the queso just come back up here. Amazing place I will now be going to the one in Red Oak

Worst Fuzzys I have ever been to! They had no drinks and this watered down cheese is what they call queso. I would definitely go to another restaurant or make a sandwich at home before ever coming back here!

This place has really gone down hill. They are short staffed, orders take forever to come out of the kitchen, waitstaff is irritable & unpleasant because they seem overworked. I ordered three specialty Cali tacos, they barely had any slaw or "fixins" on them, they looked like they were literally THROWN together. Beer was at least very cold. But thats the only good thing from the experience.

Quality has dropped drastically under the new management. Please return to what made this spot popular.

They were super busy and it looked like 3 people were working. I've worked in restaurants and give a lot of leeway in the situation. Waited 40 min for a taco missing half the filling you would get at any other Fuzzys and everything was cold. The poor workers are clearly stretched thin and clearly need some support. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a trend here. Would just go to another Fuzzys if it's an option because Fuzzys normally has pretty good food.

I dont know what happened to this place in a year but it’s terrible. Took my husband for his birthday for a beerita and dinner and everything is over cooked and over salted. Also my side of baracho beans was served in a salsa cup. We are never coming back. My daughters chicken kids meal is disguised.

We come here often but probably won’t be back. The nachos were cold with hardly any chicken in them. I asked for a side of fuzzy dust which I get every time I’m there and the cook said we don’t do that you can buy some at the counter. Definitely won’t be back.
