I have to give props to the guys (and girl) at Dominos. I placed a future order for what I thought was an hour and a half from The time I ordered. Well when I got there I placed the order for the next day. Rather than send me away they fit my order in and got it done in 15 min. They were busy too. Thankful for my well not so small - small town and great employees who are out working the jobs most don’t want.
Placed a order online totally $25.16. Left instructions for doorbell to be rung upon delivery. They did not! Pizza was cold. Called and spoke to Thomas regarding this matter. He advised me he rang doorbell which works just fine. Thomas stated “don’t know what tell you”! Very rude and inconsiderate response. Do not order from this site. Very unprofessional staff with no regards to customer concerns based on Thomas’s response to me.
While the pizza actually isn't terrible, first you have to be able to GET the pizza. If you have the time and are willing to go pick it up, then this store isn't the worst I've ever ordered from. If you use their app and you want your pizza delivered, especially anytime Friday or Saturday evening, forget it. Pick someplace else. You'll be glad you did. I'm sitting here right now, and my pizza order has been showing as "Prep" for over an hour now, and there isn't even an indicator how much longer it'll be before it goes into the oven. I can't even cancel the order because they only have a recording answering the phone and no real person ever picks up the line. I absolutely won't be wasting my time and money here again.
Got my order wrong then told me it wasn’t there problem hung up on me 4 times refused to do anything about it
Pizza is ok, it's Domino's. Got home and wings were raw and terrible. The mgr named Richard said too bad, nothing he can do.Been here several times over the years, never had raw wings til tonight.Won't be back. Thanks Richard! Competitors are just around the corner.
I did not appreciate my action with the Domino's manager tonight. I am handicapped and only get taken to bank every so often I had big bills and told them I would also tips and my order was already taken. I was then transferred over to a gentleman that automatically said no one took your order and I said yes it was already sent then he says oh then no one put it in sorry we're no longer taking orders and just shut me down 40 minutes before close.
Placed an order at 4:30 did not get food till 6:30. The store is short staffed did not call toe me know I called after an hr then I was informed me they had one driver. Said 30 more min well an hr later still no food they were more willing to cancel the order and have an upset customer. The GM is not concerned about the customer either I ask what they could do and they offered free bread. Not a great experience!
Ordered a sandwich at 6:30. Still had not received it at 7:40. I called and was transferred to the store. NO ONE ANSWERED!!! They can come to deliver the sandwich but we aren’t answering the door, if they can’t answer the phone. I’m glad we were going to pay cash.
Don't place an online order for this place unless you don't really care what you get. We placed an online order for a pan pizza with no sauce. I picked it up and drove to Forreston. When we opened the box, they had made it with Alfredo sauce. We couldn't get the Alfredo sauce off and save the topping. We had to throw the whole thing in the trash. We live on Social Security and this was a once a month treat for us. Never again at this Dominos.
Ordered took them 46 min to fix my order….they claim the window cash register was down so I had to go in, I ask them to bring it out to the car they refused. They can keep their pizza!!! Sorry customer service. Employees standing around talking. I can spend my money else where.
