A chain should be consistent to all locations and what the chain advertises but this location is only consistent with itself in being disappointing. For the third time trying this location, the brown rice was undercooked, the steak was mostly fat, the regular chicken looked dry and unappealing and there was no grilled veggies at all or even cooking to be able to add to our bowls. The staff was nice and seemed to be working hard but it would be great if this location’s management/ownership took all this feedback from the overwhelmingly negative reviews and made improvements to the food!
Messed up 2 of the 3 bowls my party ordered. One of them was supposed to be a veggie bowl, but contained chicken. Lucky my girlfriend looked through it before she ate it since meat can make her very ill. To make it worse, the robotic phone operator kept insisting that we use the website for assistance.when we finally got forwarded to the store we were hung up on. Drove back and just got it refunded. Which they did even fully refund.
I keep giving this place a chance, but they repeatedly fail. The food snd service used to be good, but lately they have messed up my order EVERY time! They leave out the guacamole that they make you pay extra for and the rice is undercooked. You can only get through their rude answering service if you say "customer service" repeatedly or you'll be stuck in an endless loop. Not at all my idea of a good experience.
What happened to the RICE y’all? So much for getting Chipotle when those random craving hit… the rice was crunch af months ago when I went to this location. Tried it again today (asked for a sample this time), had the same issue. I told them thank you and left. Lmaoo can’t even get a nice fresh bowl anymore. ?
Every time I order food over the app it's never ready ontime in fact I usually have to wait an extra 15 sometimes 20 minutes for it to be ready. what's the points of even ordering ahead??? Even when I do order inside it's a Clown show in the kitchen.Definitely stop eating here
This place is always great. Food is delicious, it's so clean. Staff is awesome. 2 thumbs up & 5 stars all the way!
Ordered online an hour ahead. I always order extra portion bc they always cut you short. This is probably the smallest bowl I’ve ever received from them, even when I get regular portion ingredients. They had an entire hour to know to prepare. I would’ve waited an extra 5 minutes if that meant I got what I asked for. But now I’m back at home highly disappointed.Next time, watch them make your food. If not, they’ll skimp on your order
How’s it my fault that you don’t have change. Only pennies. My total bill was $14.18 and my change was $5.82. I got back just $5. Never coming back to this place
This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. 6:45pm they don’t have black beans or steak . Ok, so I said maybe they are going to cook some more, but but my second visit exact same thing. So I guess if you want everything available to you on the menu , get there when they open. Never have to worry about my work crew and I ever returning to this sorry location.
Service was good, food was good. I don’t understand playing loud music and having the employees wear masks. Not very practical, can’t hear a word they’re saying. At least one needs to go.
