We were running errands tonight, so we stopped in for dinner. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Diamond was our server, and she was great, very responsive, and there were two other ladies that checked in on us, but I didn't get their names. They were great, too. You guys seemed to have a small wait staff, but it seemed that things were running smoothly, and everyone was well taken care of! Great job to you guys!!
This place is absolutely aweful. Food is great, the bartenders are normally pretty good but the waitresses are possibly the worst I’ve ever had. We gave it 3 chances, and this was the last one. Sucks, because we really enjoy some of the food items and the kids love the dessert. Not worth it when i have to get my own napkins and silverware, ask for my water over and over and don’t get it until food is served, etc… If you don’t have the greatest patience on earth, then don’t even think about this location.
The hostess was kind of rude. He acted like he didn't want to seat us. I mean went out of his ways to try and convince us to leave. The waitress was awesome and the food was good. My old issue was the guy that took us to the table.
There weren’t that many people seated, but there were a ton waiting to be seated. They said they’d been for for over 30 minutes. I guess the place must have been short staffed or something. I wish they would have told us when we were seated that their soda machine was down so I could’ve ordered something else. Waitress was nice, but I feel like something needs to change because it was ridiculous.
This is a great place but I only have one issue with them. If you order from them using a food delivery service they do not secure your order the way that other restaurants in their price range do. When our food arrives it is usually not sealed and appears to have been shuffled back and forth in a loose bag. As an example, if you order from a cheap to eat place like McDonald's, your order is sealed, secure and tidy and that is a very good thing when it comes to food. Pick up the pace you guys and do us a favor. Seal your packaging and package it properly. If McDonald's can do it for a $5 order. You can surely do it for a $50 order.
Very disappointed in what this place has become. Stood in the doorway with 3 other parties waiting to be seated. NOBODY ever greeted us! FIVE different employees walked by all of us, looking us dead in the eyes and kept walking! If I wasn’t meeting someone there I would have walked out! The others parties that were waiting walked out. We finally decided to seat ourselves. Our waitress Rachel, greeted us right away. She was super friendly and attentive. The rest of the staff should take lessons from her! She is the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one.
Service was horrible had to find a manager just to get a table after waiting for about 10 min at the front of the building. After getting a table had to wait forever for drinks because their drink machines didnt work. They said they sent someone to go buy 2 litters. Never got any refills even after asking for them. Food was cold and disappointing.
Waited 25 minutes to be seated (was told wait would be 5-10 minutes) after seeing about only 5or 6 customers in the entire restaurant. As I watched 13 customers walk out of the restaurant I know that the staff could of seated me easily nobody bothered to wipe not even 1 table for me I just left. Waste of my time never coming here again. I understand a lot of companies have been hit with Covid including mine, still not an excuse to suck.
Waited a long time to be seated because no employee acknowledged us. Manager came out of back and helped us. 50% of the restaurant was closed; however, not due to social distancing. Everyone was on same side of restaurant. The chicken was extremely dry and fried food was particularly greasy. Potato soup was good and I don't think it is from scratch in house.
