Lord help the young and ignorant! Honestly the chicken isn’t much to talk about so I won’t. It will stop hunger if you don’t like to cook.The staff however is composed of many non caring, non working millennials. You hear so much talking and laughter you can hardly be heard over the drive thru intercom. Forget trying to get items they missed on your order. You feel like a UFO when everyone just stands there looking like they don’t know what to do. Makes you wonder if management is ever in the building.
I called in an order at 4:01, (family meal+liver meal) I was told it would be ready by 4:20. I got there at 4:20 and the doors were locked, I called 6 times, they wouldn't answer. I got in the very long line. When i got to the speaker i ask if my call in order would be cold and they ensured me it would not. Finally got to the window at 4:45 and it took another 10 minutes to get our.. no suprise.... cold food & the order was missing gravy.There was also a group of young emploees laughing and playing around in the kitchen right in front of the drive through window.
This is awful! Every time I go they serve cold food and sometimes the chicken is not all the way cooked. Why pull the chicken out quick and then sit it up there for hours? Why is it that you all think people want to buy old cold food? It doesn’t make sense that you can’t even get fresh French fries here. The people working here just don’t care. Starting from the manager down, they are here to receive a check and that’s it.
Service was good mashed potatoes were good but my chicken left a lot to be desired and the rolls were stale
Probably a good reason there's a sign on the drive thru window asking customers not to be rude to their employees...
We usually just swing through for tea, but lately I have had a thing for the rolls. Keep up the good work
Very friendly service..chicken was fresh and hot and the sweet tea was to die for!
I paid almost 60 dollars for old cold chicken strips , cold gravy, over cooked cold fish, and gravy all over my gizzards. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Today I came though the line and I got 4 snack packs and a 2 piece chicken they was very rude and told me to bring the order back ,,,it's not the same anymore
I just made it home from Chicken Express. I order the 2 piece fish fillet combo. I received 2 pieces of overcooked cold fish and literally about 8 fries. I took a pic of it as well.
