Dirtiest place probably in Waxahachie. While I understand most staff appears to be high schoolers - if they can’t perform, fire them. If the owner hasn’t visited, maybe they need to, fire the general manager if that’s the problem. If the owner is aware… health department may need to make a visit. Plenty more people out looking for a job that would be willing to work keeping the the floor from being sticky, counters from being nasty, and generally keep the store presentable.While this Braums has always been on the slightly dirtier side, it’s now too much and I will not be going back.Clean the place!!

If I could give this place a zero I would the manager shouldn’t be a manager some older guy skinny. I asked for a manager I got a shift lead when I walked in there were 5 un occupied tables dirty as hell I said where am I supposed to sit another lady walked out ragged 2 tables picked up to cups and when back in the back . The table in the pic has been there 45 mins and still isn’t clean
DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS WORK HERE......My son worked here. And they did not pay him for 2 days he worked. It is sad when Braums rips kids off.He is15 and had to learn that companies like Braums goes around and rips kids off out of hours they work.I reported it to the corporate office got no reply from them. I reported and called a number of times to Braums. Every time I am told there is a new Manager and they will check into it and never get a call back.They have ripped off other young employees hours as well. My son and few other kids from RedOak High school worked here and they ripped them off of hours as well. Everybody wonders why these kids don't care about there jobs at these fast food places. Because these fast food companies run around and rip them off. And thats after only paying $9 an hour. Thats why the staff is always changing here.. And they always have a new Manager every couple of weeks..Parents make sure you do not let your kids work here.Or Braums will rip them off of hours worked.Wasting your time and gas to get them there.Just so Braums can rip them off.
Been to many locations my whole life and this was the first time I've been told they can't take a lunch order less than 5min from lunch. They weren't busy at all. She was just a lazy employee that doesn't want me spending money at this location.The bathroom was also disgusting with trash overflowing from the night before. Lazy employees.
This restaurant has gone downhill fast. Stopped by tonight for ice cream only to be thoroughly disappointed with the service and how dirty the restaurant was. The last three times we have gone there have been bad, we thought do to staffing shortages. They had plenty of help today, but the floors, tables and counters were filthy. Trash cans were overflowing and they could not even get our simple order right. The health department needs to inspect this place. Not going back.

Terrible, this is not the Braum's that I remember, I ate at Braum's all through the 90s and 2000's. It was one of my favorites alongside of Dairy Queen and Whataburger. I haven't been there in a over a decade since the one in my town close down. It is not the same, it was like Wendy's I hate Wendy's, I will never go back to Braum's again

Excellent family owned experience for families. Food is great! Prices are even better. And the ice cream brings all the smiles. If you see the Braums sign don't pass it!
We love Braum's! Where else can you go on a hot day in Texas to enjoy some icecream, or a great burger if you are really hungry; and then grab your milk, eggs, and bread (or more icecream) in their grocery area before heading home? It's so convenient! And their milk lasts mych longer than Walmarts!
