Stopped here based on the good reviews…My wife and I were not disappointed, the place is large clean and convenient right on the side of the hi way. Food was very good and we plan to stop again on our way back. Service was a bit slow, but they were just beginning to use an automated system and I’m sure it will quickly be better…Recommend you stop…

Clean...amazingly so....these people put up a really great plate and don't mind a picky eater or 2...the food was superb. Prices realistic and easily managed for a dinner of 6, all adults.Servers were good and not ditzy and hovery.Yep. I know it's my own made up word...I love taking friends from outta town here...Thank you for your care in entertaining, it's nice to get out again and not be disappointed...
We had a great experience at Bluebonnet BBQ! Food was excellent and our waitress Marissa.H was amazing so friendly! I loved how she interacted with my boys !! she was on her A game! Stop by and see her she will treat you right!

We came in near the end of the day, so it wasn't very busy. Still you could immediately tell this was a well run operation. Even though there weren't a ton of customers, all of the staff kept themselves busy doing work or cleaning the place.Our server was very prompt and extremely friendly.I got the tacos (brisket, pulled pork, and spicy sausage). I don't know if I will ever get a different meal from this place; I was full after the second taco but I couldn't stop myself from continuing to eat. The meat was tender and flavorful, and all the extras/sides were extremely fresh.My wife got the brisket with baked beans and mac & cheese as sides and was equally happy with her meal.I was too full so I didn't get dessert, but I have heard they are amazing; based on everything else, I completely believe it.Between the food and the people, this is 100% a must visit stop!
This is some delicious food. We had a sampler of a lot of meats, and they were all fantastic! The sauces are great individually, but mix the two together and it's heaven on a plate. Combine that with efficient and friendly service, and you've got a winning combination. I'll be stopping by whenever I'm in the area.
Delicious, delicious, delicious…. Been trying some different BBQ places in the area and they knocked it out of the park. Ribs, potato salad, coleslaw we’re MIND BLOWING GOOD.I got the “Ribs Plate”… knocked it out of the park. Wife and son shared “Pit Masters Plate”… every bite of all the different meats left smiles on their faces.Waxahachie TX should be proud to have such a awesome place in their backyard.Keep it up…. I’ll be back. ????
Nice facility. Several large rooms. Friendly staff. Quick service. Good smoke on turkey and brisket. Excellent sweet slaw. Healthy portions.
