Asoon as we walked in Alyahna asked if we want a table or to sit at the bar. Gave us a choice first then proceeds to make faces and walk away for a minute comes back and say you can take to go or sit at the bar. The bar looked packed anyways and we would just prefer a table. She said we can either sit at the bar or take to go because they arent sitting anyone at anymore tables for the night. I was confused because it was 11am and they close at 2am. I expressed my confusion then she says the table would be a long wait minimum an hour or more when we were the only ones there waiting to be seated and a part of 2.
Arrived at an off time to avoid the lunch rush. There were 2 servers on and a bartender and only 3 people sitting in the restaurant part. Took almost ten minutes to be seated despite waving to one server and the bartender. Person who seated us was one of the servers but not our server. Thankfully we grabbed one menu while waiting because we weren't given any. We were the only people on our server's side. After ordering drinks, we were ignored until we practically did back flips trying to get someone's attention. One person in our party said she could see our server talking to someone at the bar the whole time without looking over at the table.Once we ordered, food came fast but was missing parts. One person's salad had no dressing even though she made a point of asking about the dressing while ordering. Another meal came with no toppings on anything. The lunch special steak was supposed to be 6 ounces but was only about 2 inches by 2 inches (smaller than a dollar bill in thirds). The sides were smeared across half the plate in a very thin layer - I think to make it seem like you got more than you actually got, which wasn't much. It also made the warm sides cold by the time we got them. Food tasted ok but the server brought desserts out while we weren't even half done with the meal. By the time we finished, the ice cream (all one teaspoon of it) was completely melted.Server left before we were finished and the other server took over (after closing out our tab mid meal). He was much more attentive even though we were on the opposite side of the restaurant. We saw him more times than we did our original server.Food wasn't too bad (once we got it all), although portion sizes are definitely smaller and prices slightly higher. Service was not good for most of the time there.

Definitely not Carside? This is my second try here in almost a year. Same as previous visit. Order never came and I had to go inside. No one acknowledged me or the other customers waiting to pick up their orders. I called them while I was waiting inside and watching. Went back to my car and waited a bit longer. To no surprise, the food was cold. Spoke with the manager who acknowledged the same as I handed her the fries back, but she just stood there looking dumb as if she didn't know the right thing to do. The order was 40 minutes late, quality, and service was poor. I asked for fresh fries and they were good. It will be a while before I come back.
Had a party of 10 and tried chili's first. They wouldn't seat anyone above a party of 4!!! Server was amazing and the food was really good. Will DEFINITELY be coming back
We had a fun family dinner here. Food was good. Service was excellent. Will go again.
Wow. Best Applebee's experience. Been to a number of them in the metropolis, this was by far the best. Great service. Food was really good. It was like a date night!
Service was lacking for a mid day viat buy remodel was nice and food was better than expected
Food was super good even tho it was really late at night, not over crowded and service was really good. Bartender is super nice and friendly to everyone. My favorite location by far.
