Treats customers poorly. Asked my daughter if she knew how to read a menu. It was our first time there!
Their boba is very good but their customer service is very terrible . They need to great people better they need to be nicer in general they look like they don’t want to work there .
The person at the counter was the only one even trying to be nice and only good quality I saw. The lady in the back was rude (guess she thought I couldn't hear her) and the other person was on her phone. The boba itself was meh and took a little while to recieve. We ordered the house milk tea and a fruit tea.Do yourself a favor and just drive to the Prickly Boba down the road.
Manger is very rude!! So are the employees. Didn’t even get greeted . Took forever to gets my drinks I order , wasn’t even cold . Needs to get under new management. Manger is just plan rude and could care less about the customers and her workers . No wonder why the employee treat the customer rude .Won’t ever come back to this place .
Good tea, but weird consistency boba, & hella bad vibes. I feel like I’m bothering them by giving them business and I’m not sure why.Super unwelcoming and rude behavior from one cashier in particular.
Not a welcoming place at all. Can’t even get a smile out of anyone. Seems like they just don’t even care if you are there! Horrible customer service and the boba is disgusting!! Highly recommend driving to Mansfield to Sharetea or even a little further to Kung Fu Tea.
Closest Boba tea place to me and I’m glad that it’s pretty good. I usually just order something simple like a strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba since I like fruit flavored stuff. However their other drinks are good too. The macarons are really good as well. I recommend the lemon lavender macaron if they have some out. I usually go and buy a box of 5 every visit.
I'd say for a boba tea shop, it tends to be on the mediocre side. Their drinks are alright, however, after coming here several times I've realized they tend to undercook their boba. They should fix this. Anyways the place itself is cute and it's the closest boba tea there is outside of having to drive to Dallas.
Drinks were amazing BUT the costumer service was not that great.
I love this place. The owner is friendly, and the drinks remind me of my time in Asia! They have so many great flavors to choose from!
