Their tea is the most amazing tea I’ve had. They also sell the loose leaf herbs so you could make your own. They’ve made a faithful customer out of me! The customer service is the best I’ve gotten to experience in a long time. 10/10 will definitely do it again!
Tea does taste good.ComplaintsI ordered a large iced tea. The large and small tea has same amount of tea. They loaded the large with more ice to fill the cup. Seems a bit misleading.Wait is long, but they make the tea from scratch. Would come again, probably just stick with the small.
I work for Kuerig Dr. Pepper in the tea and coffee production. I live for high quality tea and coffee establishments. It is exceedingly rare to find a gem of a tea spot that correctly blends tea and properly steeps them. Most places don't worry about temperature control or time it is just toss a bag a in water and forget. This place cares about its tea and service. My only complaint is not with the establishment but the customers. Not as many people appreciate the wonderful hot teas they serve. Most of the clientele prefer the cold tea with excess sugar, which is good every once in a while, but do yourself a favor and enjoy a hot tea blended and prepared exquisitely. 5/5 from a professional tea and coffee manufacturer.
While the drinks are large, they taste like sugar water with no other discernable flavor. Major letdown due to taste and poor service.Also, it's fine to play and joke around with your coworkers/friends when you don't have any orders to fulfill, but it's not acceptable to screw around while people are waiting for you to make their drinks. Something that should only take 3min ended up taking over 10 because of this unprofessional behavior. If you're thirsty and need a drink quickly just go somewhere else.
Best tea in Waco! This is a real local tea shop. It was originally located on 7th St. but was bought out by a different chain. I’m glad I wandered into the Urban Eatery since I’ve only been once before. Definitely stopping in now for more tea.
The menu is long. With amazing sounding options. However, the employees were SUPER friendly and helpful. I took a chance with the Tea of the Day. AMAZING!! I sad when it finished. Tea lovers place to go.
Great service. Also didn’t know what toOrder so asked for the guys help and I got the dragon hibiscus with level two sweetness. Was very refreshing.

Tea was fabulous. Tons of variety. They had my tea out in just a few minutes which was great, super fast service. Tea was cheap af, got a HUGE cup for only $5ish dollars. So in comparison to a lot of places this is far far cheaper, and their tea is a lot better. Love supporting local business too!
