This was my first time trying this place! I’ve heard SO MANY things about it. And let me tell ya…this stuff was amazing and them folks up there know how to season some shizzz up!! So if you’re thinking about giving them a try, DO IT! :)
My experience was so great here that I thought I would share it. The wings here are the best in Waco! You have really got to try them out. Everyone that works there is super friendly and the customer service is on point! Food is very good and fresh!
Wings were terrible!! I ordered Cajun and they sent Louisiana rub. My wings were undercooked. I’ve been eating at wingstop for years and the ranch they gave me tasted like hidden valley. Not the authentic wingstop ranch. This place sucks. Order at another location and hope for the best.
Tried Wing Stop today for the first time. Highly recommend the lemon chicken boneless wings. Courteous staff.
Didnt think it was worth the price. The wings were not good at all. The fries and wings were over cooked. Had better wings from pizza places.

I ordered wings fries and rolls I did not receive the correct amount of wings. Then the rolls were hard and stale but were covered with butter trying to hide the fact that they were old. Called the location to inform them of the mess up and all the worker could say was ok and nothing else she obviously did not care. Too much money spent to not get what I ordered.Edit: The Manager did get in contact with me and was able to rectify the situation as she is new and working hard to better the store.
I freakin love Wingstop. And this one is really clean, which is great. But gosh they are so slow. Most Wingstops I’ve been to take about 20 minutes to get 10 wings. This one has never been under 30 and is typically about an hour. I can see they’re understaffed just like the rest of the world, but gah. There’s gotta be a way to speed things up. Wife always gets mad at me for ordering Wingstop cause it takes too long.
The new manager Carolyn was extremely helpful! I ordered DoorDash and it went to another location. I didn’t realize this so when I called the Hewitt drive location looking for an update on my order she made me aware that the order was placed at the New Road location because she was understaffed and didn’t want her customers to suffer for it! When she heard I had been wanting 2 hours for my food she personally made and delivered my order in under 20 minutes! My food was still warm! I HIGHLY recommend the Hewitt Drive location!
