Wow where do I start smh ! I've visited this Wingstop on South New road a few times and for a while the food and service was hit or miss....Unfortunately as of late Service has been good but the food lacked any type of attention to detail or Love. Let me give you 1 example. On my last visit I heard that Wingstop had pretty good chicken tenders so I decided to try them for myself. I ordered the 5 piece Chicken tender meal which came with fry's and a drink. I ordered the Lemon pepper flavor, well when my food arrived my fries were cold and there was barely any fries in the basket. The Tenders had no lemon pepper seasoning on them and they looked like balls of chicken, no crispiness what so ever , no flavor. I will not be returning to this location. The 1 star I gave them is for the Customer service. Overall I'm disappointed.
The entire experience was so bad that it was almost laughable. After 30 minutes we still didn’t have our food, nor did the people that ordered before us. A worker finally wandered around with a bag that had been sitting out and asked if it was our order. It was. And it was cold, soggy and incorrect. We spoke with the manager (it was his first day at this location, bless his heart!) and he had them remake our order TWICE because the people in the back still couldn’t get it right. There were other people asking where their food was after long waits and the two women taking orders could not have cared less. Seriously, we couldn’t believe how terrible they were. Good luck to the new manager, but he’ll need to fire everyone in there to make a difference!
Terrible service! Order on the Wingstop app and never got my order delivered! Called and they said to call doordash. I called door dash and they said Wingstop store should be able to refund my money on my card since I ordered through the Wingstop app!!! Called Wingstop back and they kept on hanging up! Called from my husbands number and they answered!! They said there was no order showing and they couldn’t refund my money! They said they could re-do my order!! They said I would have to pick I up and that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got to the store 22 minutes later and they said my order had not been made yet. I have been waiting for almost an hour now!! It is ridiculous that I ordered at 8:40pm and went through all this and it’s 11:24 pm I’m still waiting on my order. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!!!!
This place SERIOUSLY needs new management. They need to hire new people or motivate them just a bit more. Something has to change. I’m not eating Wingstop anymore bc of the experiences I’ve had here. Food is cold, never ready on time, always wrong, attitudes everywhere. There are already customers upset besides me when I arrive. If you can make the drive to a different location I would it’s just all horrible.
They forgot my 3blue cheese. Called 4 times nobody pick up.If I'm ordering out is because I don't have time, if I pick it up by the time I comeback home my food will be ice cold. What's the point in buying from y'all when I have to microwave it. And the Gas price been so high and I have to make an extra trip bcs of yall
WINGS ARE SUPER SOGGY AND UNDER COOKED. THIS WINGSTOP IS TRASH!!!!! Asked for well done and they’re more like well raw!!
I don't normally write reviews (especially bad ones), but this place is just terrible - seriously, unless you are dining in, I suggest that you eat somewhere else. After leaving part of my order off (my wife's meal) I called to see if there was something we could do ... I took it as just a mistake made and no big deal (I shared with my wife and we just had smaller portions). I was told that the manager would contact me the next morning. After not hearing back from the manager I called and realized that the young girl I spoke to from the night before gave me a fake name for herself *and* the manager (?why?). I finally was able to reach the manager and she said that she was going to the back to refund (that portion of) the meal and would contact me when it was done. She never did (2+weeks later) and she has not contacted me back. Making a mistake is one thing, but lying and then not doing what you said you would is another. If you like Wingstop, then the food is not bad ... but with service that lies, gets orders wrong, and doesn't care to make it right, you are better off somewhere else.
NEVER EVER come here!!!! This place is horrible. The staff along with the manager. Benjamin (manager) is so unprofessional. I came in one day right at 11am as soon as they open so you would think it wouldn't be so busy you can get in and out oh no..The total opposite it took forever to place my order workers were playing around I waited over 50 minutes and still no food. After about 45 min of waiting they told me I was just waiting on fries so the lady who ordered after me started complaining so when fries came up the manager Benjamin gave her food and fries first I'm like wdf I been sitting here waiting patiently and still don't have food.So they told me I have to wait on more fries to cook I finally had it and said just give me my money back the manager was never apologetic he really didn't care at all.
Everyone says not to go to the new road location but it was the closest to me so. The lady at the front had an attitude since the beginning and all of the workers looked like they really didn’t want to be there. The bag was taped up so I made sure the sauces were in there which they weren’t when I got home and they did not have to put my fries like this?
The worst customer service I've experience.The order is wrong and they offer to fix half of it. Without any sauce or other items you paid $45 for. District manager Roekel never called me back after waiting all day. The manager Maria had no authority to fix the messed up order. Will never return
