Great cheese fry's I've had in a while
Strike 3 for this location for me. Explain how you place an online order that NO ONE can find. The parking lot was empty and only 3 tickets were on the line. My order couldn't have been easier 10pc lemon pepper all flats. I waited an hour (which I should've said "ef" it). Then I got my wings just to had next to ZERO seasoning. I'll travel the additional few minutes to the downtown location.
Been calling to place a order they say “can you hold “ and hang up the phone, call more times and they just hang up the phone. Really bad service
Attempted to dine in at this place. Waited 45 minutes for 8 wings and still did not receive my order. Meanwhile over 20 to-go orders were processed and picked up. Don’t expect to get served if you try to dine in at this place. I finally received my refund and took my business elsewhere.
Wings here are always great.Dive in and eat em up, get lots of napkins!
So upset with this Wingstop, Wednesday I ordered the 24 piece family meal all flats with extra seasoning on my wings and fires. My husbands picked up the order and they must of thought I said NO SEASONING and all drums. I called back up there and was told to come back and they will replace it, I informed them I will come the next day we live across town. So the next day comes my husband picked up our order what makes him not look in the bag this time I still have not idea. NO FRIES! Again we live clear across town and he picks up our food before heading home. Two days in a row my order was WRONG!!
My 20 minute order took 45 because as the manager (team lead) said, “I apologize. I’m human. I forgot.” How did you forget my order and it was right in front of you!? Funny, how the orders behind me weren’t forgotten. Let’s see if corporate forgets. NEVER AGAIN!!
Can't go wrong at wing stop some of the best chicken Wings ur ever have.
I will start by saying that I have always had a pleasant experience with this location. The food is fresh & the wings are seasoned very well…but this is not about the food (except the voodoo fries we tried…extremely toooo salty sweet Jesus) ANYWHO… I made an online order for pick up, I paid for the order ($60+) and it’d be ready within 21 to 27 minutes to pickup. I headed up there 20 minutes later.“Picking up and online order for ME! ??♀️ UNBOTHERED the lady at the register says someone had already picked up my order SAYYYYY WHAAAATT???she then proceeds to insist that it may have been my husband or my boyfriend…NO MA’AM you WILL NOT adjust the focus here (I was on the phone with my boyfriend who was 100 miles away at the time) It was a big order to fill and remaking it seemed like a daunting task but I HAD TIME.. propped on that wooden bench waiting on my money or my order. Impatiently waiting for an outcome the manager finally pulls up. She gets my confirmation number, email, and name. All I’m saying is that still doesn’t sit right with me. No description of the “man/worker” or any idea who “picked it up”. I was like a tree planted by the water until i had $$ or ? ? ? ? ? never to return to that location again. THE END
