I was in the drive thru and no one answered. I drove up to the window and sat there for 3 minutes. No one came to the window. I parked then went inside and asked the lady behind the counter if the drive thru was closed and she said no. The guy who was working the drive thru was in the back and just wasn't able to answer. But she could have told me that at the window. Acknowledging I'm there would have made me feel confident that my order would eventually get taken. But instead she came to the window and literally ignored me. Then after I finished giving my order, when I asked for some ketchup, I was given someone else ketchup that had dried up sauce on the outside. May I make another suggestion? When you get packets off the tables that have sauce on it, try running some water on it b4 placing it back in the bins so the customers doesn't get grossed out from strangers hands and food reminence all over the packet. I'm not trying to be rude, forgive me if it came across that way but all I'm asking is to please let's all practice safe sanitary covid-19 protocols.

I love the food here, but they took away my Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuits...?

The young lady who waited on us was kind and helpful. We wanted a vanilla and a chocolate shake. Their machine wasn't working right but she kept working with it until she had our shakes. Good job!

It's a fast food joint what can you really expect?The burgers are much better than McDonald's burgers. The burger and fries we're relatively hot and fresh. There is not much else to expect of a corporate fast food joint other than please let the food not be disgusting. Oh and the restaurant and restrooms were not filthy.

I got the honey butter chicken biscuit breakfast meal and cinnamon bun. The only thing that was good were the hashbrowns. The biscuit was dry and was not given any condiments or asked if I wanted any. Cinnamon roll could have been used for self-defense weaponry. Employee was okay but not the friendliest person who should be working an early morning shift.

First visit, they were very busy but the staff worked through it as quickly as they could. Good food but a bit pricey.

They take way, way, way too long to get even the simplest order done. The fresh, real eggs are wonderful, and the onion rings are the real thing. It's just ridiculous that they cannot find a way to streamline food and service. If you're looking for fast food, this is the slowest fast food you'll probably ever get. If you're not in a hurry, then it's not a bad choice.

I was waiting for over 15min for my online order ? ? I was working so I asked how long it would be and was told that the online ordered were completed by order that they came in. So I asked to just cancel my order and return the money, because I had to go. In which the young lady taking drive in orders laughed and shuck her head. The manager apologized and got my order ready. I feel like someone should have addressed the issue without me having to ask and then be disrespected with the laughing...

Ordered Online on whataburger website at 7:30 to be delivered between 8:13&8:23. At 8:50 I began calling and no answer. So instead of getting delivery that I paid for as well as a tip it had me add, I had to drive over and get it. Staff was extremely rude and told me it was my fault and my food was cold and sitting in the window. It was my first experience with whataburger. So hopefully they aren’t all like this and it was just this one terrible location but they should definitely be closed for good. Horrible horrible customer service

Excellent service, good was good but no cokes or regular ketchup at customer's request. I on the other hand ask to have ketchup from the back they used for hamburgers and they were happy to oblige.
