Extremely disappointing “to-go” order from this location. Visiting family from out of state and drove 15 minutes to get lunch for everyone at one of our favorite Texas fast food chains. Get back home to discover my #2 was actually a #1 that did not have jalapeños, but I paid extra for them (can be seen on receipt attached). My wife’s #13 (three piece chicken meal) did not come with white gravy after I mentioned it to the cashier. Lastly, I upgraded to a “Whatasize” without receiving the correct fry size. Check your order before leaving or visit another location.
?????????? instead of 5 ⭐'s. Me and my ol lady went through the drive through @ around 11pm on the 5th of April and got racially discriminated against. The experience we had this time was horrible, I will never eat another burger from that whataburger ever again.
Great job!! Tasted great and made properly. Only thing was that the fries were over cooked and crunchy. I don’t mind a few of those but it was almost the whole order and I ordered a large.

Sometimes it's good others it's horrible. This last visit was horrible..I had to wait over 15 mins in drive thru after paying. One car was the hold up they got their food finally, probably nice and hot too. Then the car in front of me, myself and the car behind me at least all were handed our food right away. The food was cold and didn't taste so great anymore. I don't understand if you have other cars food ready why you don't have the car waiting pull forward and take it out to them when it's ready.
Mostly okay but I still hold a grudge because they didn't fulfill a mobile order placed thru the app; even though I had receipts with the correct date/time. The lady was super rude about it and told me to contact corporate. So I did. I never got a response nor a refund. So I was out my meal and my money.
When the line isnt a mile long and they don't shut down for a 30 minute system update when you pull up, it's a decent place to eat. The only 24hr place now. Sometimes the burgers are cold and the employees have attitudes but over all they are decent
Slower than a bunch of snails and always messing up orders . Also out of fries at 10 am just pure laziness. Love whataburger but this is one of the worst locations to go, need better staffing
Food is ok at best, just greasy fast food. The drive through can be a mess waiting up to 20 + minutes on several occasions, won’t be coming back.
I’m highly upset my fries were not in either of my bags. My onion rings were old , the whole time i was trying to catch the persons attention at the drive thru window she was on her phone & she was chit chatting and the other girl seen me and straight ignored me. Finally someone helped me and when i mentioned the fries , she asked for my bag and rudely yanked it . Still they forgot my daughters fries, i left because i didn’t wanna hear attitude . Customer service needs to be worked on at this place. And workers don’t need to be constantly on their phone, and maybe would get orders right.
