My grandson thoroughly enjoys the Angry Birds set up for playing golf.
We had our company outing here at Top Golf 5/12/22. It was a great time. The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and super accommodating. Our server/helper was Ethan. He took the time to chat with me for a bit and get to know some of us. He was a delight to be around and took care of our group amazingly!I would recommend coming here to anyone looking to release, have fun and oh, I almost forgot..... The Food Was AWESOME!!! So, anyone looking for food and fun, this is your place! Can't wait till our next outing and hope it's here!

Wow!!! 1st timer...been a minute since I've swung clubs...like teenage yrs! Seriously what a super awesome experience! Staff is amazing n very patient with 1st timer like me! Definitely coming back.at a location near me!
We held our Team Bonding event at Top Golf for the Waco Amazon's IT dept and it could not have been more of a success! What an incredible and seamless process this was. Top Golf offered an excellent event package for our team that was able to accommodate 2 hours of fun and plenty of food and drinks within our "Party Budget". The staff was super nice and helpful! A couple of BIG SHOUTOUTS to:1. Brook Hill who helped us with our reservations, pricing, and getting everything squared away for us to provide the best deal. Thank you for your patience and thorough information!2. Jordan our server (i think that was her name). What a ball of energy and the kindest soul! She took care of us the entire time. She was so sweet and attentive to anything we needed. She stayed on top of our drink orders, food, and kept us in the loop with our food and drink budget. She made the experience 10x better by providing amazing customer service. As we pride ourselves on this at Amazon!3. Mason and one more lady who I cannot remember her name (red vest the day we came in). Their management and team at the TopGolf in Waco is superb and I know this is a direct reflection of their work ethic and leadership. Something we always notice and take pride in at Amazon. I went to top golf for the first time with coworkers. I was hoping for a nice evening. The waiter never asked if I wanted a drink (after 30+ mins) so I went to the bar, and ordered a draft beer. After about 20 mins I asked a coworker if they wanted a shot. We had our shot and returned to our bay. The manager approached me, and informed me that I needed to order my drinks from my waiter. I said I apologize, but he wasn’t very attentive so I found another option. I told him I would tab out, and leave because I didn’t want any issues. So I did. At the bar Marisa approached me, and said they thought I had been over served. I was one beer and a shot in at this point. She looked at my tab, and recognized that I had not been over served. Tried to make right the wrong, but at this point I have been embarrassed in front of my coworkers and new friends. I will not be returning to any top golf. I understand that you have issues with other customers, but I’m not that person or persons. I wanted to have a nice night after a hard day at work, and I was treated like a drunk. Marisa is the only saving grace of this experience. If not for her it would have been a 0 star review. Thank you Marisa for make a horrible day somewhat better.
Big fan of Topgolf. Great location. Been to three other locations nationwide previous. The Waco location is cool. A different style than the others I went to. One ground floor only and no upstairs levels but this one has a outdoor 9 hole putting course. Family style recreation area also. Food and drinks were excellent. Waitress was very good. Thanks we had a blast.
Reviewed the new ftw one, now this. Golf was a blast, food excellent and, of course, liquid courage!!! Got to mention the mini golf, corn hole toss and jenga. I assume I won all of em with a refreshing beverage in my hand. Ms amber and ms naya were so very friendly and helpful...thank yall!!! I hope I got the names correct, forgive me. Bring money...
Got hummus and the pita chips were about the size of a dime basically no way to dip them in the hummus. There were 4 slices of cucumber and 4 carrots with a huge bowl of hummus. This is the second time this has happened so I guess it’s the norm… we also had a reservation and checked in and they sent us a message that our bay was almost ready and then we never got a text 15 minutes after our reservation time we asked and they said it was ready on time. The manager said she would extend our time and told our bay host but when our time was up she said she couldn’t extend because we had a reservation! Just poor service overall!
