Always a great experience. Atmosphere is lively and inviting. The restaurant was very neat and clean. Arrived around 5 PM on a Friday and seating was prompt. Made our selections and placed order with the friendly and courteous waitress. Order arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered. Food was hot and delicious. The manager stopped by later to check on things and asked if she coould help in any way. No need to, all was perfect. Also ordered items to go. This was delivered prior to leaving and was also correct. Overall, I highly recommend this location and will be returning soon.
The food is good when you can get in. Apparently you can call in for a reservation. I guess it's been a while since we've been here, because it use to be first come first serve. If anyone is willing to wait a hour and a half just to get seated you are not very hungry. We chose somewhere else to eat this time. So if we ever decide to go again we will call ahead for seating. I'm still giving four stars because it is a good place to go.
Well it was Mothers Day, and they opened early since a line was forming outside about 20 min before. The staff was ready, willing, and able to serve this mob of hungry mothers! The food was delicious, and surprisingly ready before we finished our appetizer! A great time was had by all! When you go, get the "Road Kill" it's my favorite!

8 of us at two tables of four ate here last week and the experience was not good. We were there at 5:30 on a Saturday and the place was packed. The parking lot was almost full, so it appears they need more parking. At any rate, we had called in advance about two hours before and were assured we had a reservation. We called in again about 15 minutes out and were told it was fine. We arrived and they did not have a reservation for us! Great. So, we waited for over 30 minutes and were finally seated at two tables instead of one, but that was not a big problem. The place was not clean and the employee all seemed to be less than excited to be there. Greeters were less than friendly and the girl who took us to the tables did not even speak to us. When I asked her if there was a problem, she just stared at me. Never ever did she respond. While we were waiting, one of the servers dropped two small containers of butter on the floor in front of us, looked down at it, and kept on going. He made no effort to clean it up. Butter was splattered over a 3 foot square area right in the traffic pattern. So, we stopped another server (same one who ended up seating us) and told her about it. She never said a word. Looked at it and walked off. I guess somebody has to slip and fall and then sue Texas Roadhouse before they get interested in such problems. We were appalled at the attitude. Our server was attentive, but her friendliness was very distant and forced. However, she did a good job and took care of all our needs. Our food was brought out fairly quickly and my 8 oz strip steak was very good. I also ordered the dinner salad and it too was very good. The prices were not out of line. Because of the attitude of the employees and the lack of organization and attention to details, plus a dirty place, we will NOT be returning. Recommend you find a different place to eat.
CAUTION!!!! This is how medium rare steaks come out to the table, twice. Beware plates come out with order tickets stuck to them as well. This roadhouse is going downhill fast
