Ordered Chicken Katsu, Combination Teriyaki Plate and Shrimp Tempura among other things....both were over-cooked and Dry. The Inari Sushi was great, although a little pricey. Looks like they used breast meat for the Chicken Katsu.... thigh meat is much better and is what is normally used. The teriyaki and chicken meat in the combination plate looked like some sort of processed meat. All in all i spent about $70 and my family didn't eat much of the food. i ate the food because ill eat anything, but i dont think ill ever eat here again.
I guess the Korean owner didn't realize im Korean myself and i could understand the whole conversation. Rude owner. Sushi tasted bland and bad. Not going back.
I really enjoyed the food, and so did the people I ate with! I got the mango dragon roll. If I'm in the Waco area again, I'll definitely head back.
Rude. Seems many people have had an interaction with the same rude female. What a shame.
Had dinner for two and sushi for under $40.00. That also included our drinks. Very quaint, 80's music, 10 tables in the while place. Freshly cooked. Fresh made sushi.
WOW. These rolls are massively huge for a great price. Not only great size but taste phenomenal! Definitely my favorite sushi place here now. You won’t regret it.
This place was great!! I went to eat with a friend I havent seen in a while and the staff was very friendly! One of the cooks offered us some boba tea when the rush of people was over, it was absolutely wonderful for both of us. The food in general was excellent, the sushi rolls are huge! I had the Bulgogi and it was very good, every part of the dish was very well made!If I lived closer to Waco I absolutely would go again(and i will if im in the area again)
Girl upfront did not know how to describe even the basics of a dish (IE is it containing beef or chicken). I also witnessed her not putting a very important sauce with a to-go order that the guy left and her boss, “politely” let her know about.Ramen came out and it lacked flavor. It had the spice points, but no level of flavor. What I mean is, I could have opened ramen noodles in my kitchen and made a more flavorful dish, with my spices.
Teriyaki Park is probably the most underrated restaurant in Waco, TX. My husband and I have been eating here since we met in college in 2006. We are here again today, and it is still as great as it was in 2006. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and funny! Sushi is amazing! Teriyaki chicken is also amazing. I have never eaten anything here that wasn’t great! Do yourself a favor and try it out!!
great food, terrible customer service, noel the girl is as rude as she can be, she seems to hate her job.
