This is the WORST subway I've EVER been to! If you want terrible customer service from Isabell the sandwich smasher then go to the China spring subway. I hope you're a vegetarian though cause she won't give you any meat either. Just smashed bread and no meat from some girl that looks like she grew up in a tatoo parlor. I would have given no stars but that's not possible!
The lady up there coughed on my sandwhich & continued to make it. I paid but I couldn’t bring myself to eat it
Teenagers that work there are RUDE! I've been a bartender for 10 years and know what good customer service is. These teenagers do not care about the quality of the food or how they talk to customers. Don't waste your time at this subway, if you want a sandwich made good go somewhere else!
Usually I love subway but tonight... no...they threw it in the oven in a brown sack, sauce and veggies, and all; and I thought, huh ok that's new. It came out both soggy and crispy and tough as jerky which I didn't know was possible. It tasted like burnt paper and soggy cardboard. I am not a complainer I've lived on mre's before but I've never tasted something that bad that I've paid for personally.
Footling club was good. He made it just like I asked him to.
The store is run by a bunch of disrespectful teenagers. The phone number is a fax machine. Good lord I'm not a picky person and usually don't complain about restaurants but can I get a little better customer service than making me come inside to get my curbside pickup order and then just pointing me towards a bag on a shelf and then walking away? Without even saying a word??
Need to learn how to toast subs. Order toasted, noted on the order but got this. Then manager made me out to be a lier and said there most honest worker made these and toasted them. I texted photos.. she said there is a little toasted parts on them but cant help its not toasted to my liking.I like subway this my not keep me from going back to a subway. But don't make the custom out to be lying when someone has a reason to complain. REALLY THAT'S TOASTED?
Employees dont answer the phone!!!! I rang it while i was in line too just to see if they would answer and they did not if i have to download a app to order ahead at a restaurant I probably eat at once a month i will just find somewhere else to eat
Great sandwiches little bit expensive on the cookies
The chicken bacon ranch melt was amazing it's a 5 star for sure.
