Two people in front of me upon entering.. no one was greeted. The two employees that were at the front counter ignored the fact the had customers in the lobby. Once they finished whatever they were doing, one yells to the back, "there are people up here!" About 4 other employees now come from the back. Only one washed their hands. Sandwiches were thrown together. Horrible. Nice renovations tho

Despite the grief this franchise receives, I actually enjoy Subway sandwiches. However, I admit I wish I didn't have to provide input every step of the way. I'd prefer each sandwich on the menu already provide a list of ingredients on it so that I could just say on occasion, "No onions, please." Something like that. Don't get me wrong. I like the sandwiches. But having to specify yes to toasted and which type of bread and which type of cheese and whether I want pickles and spinach and so on until I just want to say, "Never mind. I'm coming round the counter. Step aside. I'll make it myself."

Good service and food with a variety of choices they even had a special going on so we got a deal.

Not sure how I spent $30 to eat here with my wife and a two year-old. I think the workers are not familiar with the kids meals (?) pricing. We argued over the total and they gave us another juice and chips, but still wasn't expecting such a high bill. Probably be a while before I return based on my last experience.

Workers wear the same food gloves while touching everything else. And they don't change out or wash their hands. Very disappointing.

I walked in, there is a white male working this morning. He was very unprofessional. As I walked in he had a look on his face that I knew it was going to be a bad experience. To start off I watched him ring up the person in front of me with cash payment then come straight to be and asked what can I get you. First and for most he kept the same gloves on that he ringed you the customer in front of me. So I Politely asked him to changed them, then he got upset and changed them before proceeding to make my sandwich. The whole time he was upset, he was throwing the cheese and when asked to warm my meat up he then ask “and you still want it toasted” well of course I want it toasted! After ringing me out, I witness him ring me up and touch all over the register with the gloves and finish up the customer after me. Once I got home, I asked for chicken Teriyaki and not sure if something changed with subway but my chicken was covered in sweat onion sauce. I hate that sauce but I guess maybe being the cheaper way out they decided to use that sauce or maybe it’s changed. I’ve had bad experience with this employee in the past but this time I had it! Need to hire someone that will enjoy their job and not question customers on how they want their sandwich or to changed their nasty gloves!

Walk in with family to order food /sandwiches. I notice that employees were not wearing mask and not to friendly ? Drink area / floor wasn't clean. Subway is nicely remodeled. Overall sandwiches were good.

Outstanding! Top notch customer service. Manager (Cameran) went above and beyond to help me figure out what to order for a company sandwich tray. Super friendly and patient! Upon arriving at the store-I was astonished at the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the facility. The staff were super helpful and friendly! And I overheard them talking about how awesome their manager is… that speaks volumes to me. Sandwich tray and veggie tray were professionally prepared and presented! Super delicious as well!!

Loved our visit. Store was very clean and crew was pleasant and efficient. Definitely will return.

Great sandwiches prepared to order I had some trouble ordering online and called the store they told me to come on in and they would take care of it.
