They have the best customer service. they are sweet and respectful, and the ice cream is YUMMY. overall best service. mishel is my favorite she greets everyone with a beautiful smile!! 10/10

The guy was rude and ignorant about allergies. Those of us with allergies know that cross contamination happens, but these guys cross-contaminate like a 6 year old serving themselves at Golden Corral. The company’s official website says the are very accommodating and will be able to offer and allergy safe* experience. The ice cream was incredibly bland even with extras. I went because Waco doesn’t have many places with a posted allergy list and I would have enjoyed something from the grocery store much more.
The ice cream was very yummy as well as the waffle cones, and very fresh! The staff was very patient and nice considering it was our first time there. The atmosphere was great too! We will definitely be returning customers.
Very good ice cream and the couple that were running the counter were fun and spent time trying to teach the kids with us how the process works. Pretty fun place to bring the kids for ice cream.
