I usually try to only buy local, but I was in a pinch..here’s the scoop: They closed 34 minutes early on a regular Monday night with several cars waiting. Unacceptable.Dear Starbucks. We had 11 cars in line at the drive-thru just waiting at a stand still and I had to tell each one by one after waiting next to the lit speaker and lit menu board for 10 min. saying “HELLLLO”...anyone there? So, I drove to the drive—thru window and a young guy with black long hair, a black hat, slight heavy set dude finally appeared around the corner who appeared to notice me tapping the window BUT NEVER looking up once. ?Finally, after some persistence from my part, he barely looked up and gave me the Hawaiian sign?and looked back down. ?I swear to God he was stoned.??*Thank you for inconveniencing 11 cars tonight without proper communication. You could have had our business.Totally unacceptable and rude.
Great coffee my favorite is the white chocolate mocha frape, their breakfast sandwiches are wonderful. They are pretty fast at getting orders but there is some mornings where even ordering ahead we have waited over 30 minutes but they are a very hard working staff!
Getting better. Sometimes they are very backed up and slow like most Starbucks, but the drinks are always fresh and delicious
Great coffee place in Woodway. They can't deal with a crowd though. The driveway line can take 30min and run all the way around the building. Not sure why that haven't figured out how to shorten the line.

I will drive by multiple Starbucks just to come to this location because the service is amazing! I believe it starts with the person in charge and Dana is amazing!!
What can I say. It's Starbucks. Not a big fan but I do love the iced coffee, black. Packs a punch.
