Starbucks Marketplace Waco Tx is a great start to my early day ! They have made it a point to learn my order right down to my straw ! I’ve asked for chewing gum twice and they have been out , however what a act if kindness that an employee would place the chewing gum they had in the bag! They are the best and my coffee is perfect! Great customer service! No worries upper management I’m not allergic to the gum! Thank you to the AM team Starbucks ! Monica Brown

Drive thru...what can I tell you? Bout like one would expect cept cashier quick and robotic. They usually talkative and smile...whatever, drinks were correct tho
Hands down my favorite Starbucks ever! The barista’s are very sweet and helpful towards me. Every time I go over there, my service is fast and easy. Y’all are doing great!!
I live at Central Texas Market place so I goto this Starbucks nearly EVERYDAY!! I get the same ice drink, today another girl made it and literally handed me a cup of milk. I told the girl that’s not how it looks so I tasted it and sure enough it’s just milk. she goes to remake it with an attitude and I remind her that I also have another drink just so I wouldn’t have to wait longer because I’m headed to work at this point i’m already late! and she proceeds to tell me “you’re backing up my queue” by remaking my ONE drink which wasn’t good either. I had never been helped by her, I always get helped by an older gentle men or a different girl any time I go into the building. Also, I tried to give her the old drink back so she could throw away and she told me that I had to take it with me and throw it away on my own. I’ve never been treated this way at this store and definitely not how I wanted to start my day.
Employees pick and choose who they’re friendly too. Not every customer receives the same customer service. You’re better off going to a local coffee shop.
My friend’s drink was made wrong at another location, and we were closer to this store by the time she realized. I wish I remembered the barista’s name, but it was around 1pm, and they were wearing a yellow shirt. They were super sweet and helpful! I wish I had some cash on me to leave them a tip :/
Needs more staffing, the people there did their best and in a quick fashion though so shout out to them
Came in the morning, ordered breakfast and they said they were “all out” keep in mind they say they have “all day” breakfast. They couldn't even make a pink drink. Guess they don't have anything! Guess I wont ever come here!
