Between 330-350 I went through the drive through and asked for a creme drink and the guy said he didn't know what I was talking about and I told him it was in the menu but their screen was off and he said "well I don't know, anything else"? And I only ordered a whtchocmochfrap with a bit of strawberry when I get to the window they give me a strawberry drink and I told him that's not what I ordered, and he told me to just try it because I didn't know if I was going to like it and I said yeah, but I still want my drink and with an attitude he said "so you want me to remake this with less strawberry?" And I just looked at him and said yes. I mean that's what I had ordered to begin with. The whole time this guy had an attitude and was being rude .As long as I know when he's off so I can go when He's not there .

I went thru the drive thru and the lady taking my order listen to all my mods, because im a typical Starbucks veteran and has to mod the drink every time, repeated the order back to me and greeted me at the window with a smile. Only when the manager informed me she was new did i know! Once again showing me reasons why i pass 2 other Starbucks that are closer to me for my coffee fix! Well done Staff! Well Done!
The morning staff is always amazing and friendly even in a difficult rush. And Hunter, if no one told you recently, you are doing a fabulous job and your joyful spirit is better than the caffeine!
I want to brag on a barista named Stella Blue. She was extremely professional, friendly and you could tell she takes pride in her work. While her front counter co workers never acknowledged me and just carried on a personal conversation she made me feel welcome to the store and I just hope her manager see this and knows what an asset she is!!
I love this location, they are always super friendly and today a lady with blonde hair was super nice and made my drink in the correct way. I came in around 8ish cause my husband gets off work late and that just made my day . I recommend this location !
Today a lady named racheal helped us at the drive through an she made my morning her bubbly attitude was amazing an actually made me feel as if she cared!!
First, tried to get a Medicine Ball. No honey, no agave. Told her to just take it off. And I ordered 2 Frappe. Got to window. She tried to give a hot drink, when I ordered Frappe. She said they were ould be a different charge. I understood that. So I ask if the first charge was taken off. She said it would be. No paper receipt. So I asked for total. Took a while. Finally she gave it to me. The total that is. I wrote it down. Comes out of my account. So, no receipt showing the first charge was ever reimbursed. So, when I check my account. The first charge will be reimbursed right? Let's hope so. I don't want yo pay 18.00 dollars for 2 drinks. Please look into this. Location was at New Road and Bosque Blvd in Waco, Texas.
The guy who made my drink was cool and tried to hook it up, but on a whole starbucks is so bitter, and 6.39$ for a grande cold brew that's mostly ice.
Got a Green Tea Frappuccino with whip cream. They are the bomb I love these drinks
The drive thru attendants are always the best. This is my preferred location in Waco for Starbucks.
