Soooo we ended up making this a stop for us since we were on a road trip and we were well Exhausted beyond comprehension so we grabbed a Java chipped Frappuccino for myself and something equally delicious for the husband + one pump of expresso to really wake up so we can continue our 5+ hour journey home. The staff was extremely helpful and very informative as to what we could and couldn't get for our young ones so we really enjoyed our visit and do plan on visiting again if we pass through in the future.
I dont know who was on the shift at 7:20 pm today but I don't mind saying large 3 times at the drive thru of the passanger seat of the vehicle. Today the worker got mad because I was ordering from the passenger seat instead of having my friend ( the driver ) speak for me.For the white girl with brown hair and glasses to come up to the window with attitude and tell me that " the next time for this not to happen have the driver order " and then walk away?The driver does not to order for me. After I explained, you said next time speak up? What? You have no right to ever say that that anyone. What if my driver is deaf or speaks another language..my driver does not. need. to. order for me!!!People have a really hard time hearing my friend and so I decided to speak since it was my drink!Besides, you know exactly who are, and don't ever say those dispresepctful words to anyone without knowing their situation. Your lucky for me I only argued but someone would have stepped out.
Unpleasant experience today. Made an order through the mobile app. Got there right on time and noticed my name on a cup sitting by the espresso machine. I patiently waited and saw multiple mobile and drive thru order made before mine. I went to request a refund as I have now waited 10mins and was running late to work. Manager was at the register talking to a friend. Eventually requested for my refund and received an apology and was told there was only one person making drinks. There was no one in the store actively wanting to order. The manager would have been a big help to the “one person” making drinks but instead decided to have personal conversations with a friend. TEAM work goes a long way Jeremiah.
????? I went by there last night and ordered a venti iced coffee, no classic, extra half and half. As I was driving down the road, almost home, I decided to take a big chug of my $4.06 cup of coffee. I had to pull over and spit it out. I got a mouth full of coffee grounds. I have pictures if anyone wants to see... This is soo unacceptable! I was NOT happy!
Ordered a classic oatmeal and they literally gave me water in a cup without oatmeal. Never coming here and they are always out of sweet cream cold foam. Talked to corporate and was sent a $5 gift card for my hot water in a cup.

This service was completely terrible and very slow. They skipped my order and didnt even check to see why I was still the only customer waiting on my order. They didnt offer a refund or anything, no apologies at all. I will not ever visit again, terrible service I EVER received from starbucks.
Product is not consistant,30 min for coffee is average wait, 17 dollars for 2 coffees I rather go to dutch brothers like I have been doing lately, completely done with starbucks for good.
Fast, friendly service and two Peppermint Mochas later we were feeling good. They even warmed up our banana and cinnamon bread for us.
The staff of the Starbucks was exceptional. I should have five minutes before closing with request for coffee. It was a late night drive and I was hoping to get some caffeine to keep me going. They were friendly and serve me even just before closing. I'm very thankful
