Great big floor with lots seats connected to a library. Few weeks ago my 1st visit: Staffs are very enjoy chatting to each other and not noticing that I, as the only customer at that time standing in front of the counter for a long time. I paid extra shot of espresso for the frappe, but it tasted very light coffee and it's super sweet. I always ordered same drink from different Starbucks and none of them tasted like this bad. I'd carefully asking if they added double coffee syrup or forgot my extra shot of espresso, the girl seems inpatient and denied. I took a few sips and have to throw it away. Regrets to visit this one.
I think this place is so stupid because large is on mochas only and venti is on water drinks even WOODED ACERS know this honestly I think they should learn how to manage their labels ??♀️
they close at 9pm, not 12am as listed on google and their website. would've rated them 5 stars, but couldn't really get my drink since they were closing. the staff were nice though

Staff are friendly, and the service has always been rather quick the 7 or 8 times I've been there. Its location in the library is also incredibly convenient.
