I come to this sonic almost everyday and they commonly have the same problems over and over again. For example, the guy on the machine being short and rude and not telling you the total and they are always out of onion rings. However I will say they have the most well kept and nice looking carhops. Caitlin and Rachel are the best, they are the sweetest and always polite. Everyday I tell Caitlin how perfect her skin is, she’s always smiling.
Ordered two drinks via drive thru, that's all. The car hop brought out the wrong order, then I had to tell her again what my order was.We waited about ten minutes and observed three vehicles in the drive through get their orders and leave. It wasn't even that busy, how do you manage to screw up two drinks?
As normal with sonic...blahh..not my fav...the order was correct & the server was polite....it is what it is
Wasn't too bad, I got a milkshake from there which tasted pretty good, but just a bit pricey. Good experience overall.
The Best thing that happened during my visit at this Sonic was a wavey haired young man I wish I could remember his name but I'm up there in age! He really reminds me of one of my grandsons . Of course ? he got a tip
I love this place , especially the Zoe girl , such a sweetheart but tonight I pressed the button and waited like forever and no one answered my call , so I went through the drive thru and same issue , I was 1 of 3 cars in the place and there was a girl looking at us through the window but she never came out , well I went to HEWITT and EXCELLENT SERVICE , THEY GET 5 STARS , you guys lost several customers
This isn't the worst sonic, but it's not as good as the Lorena, tx location. The team members here could be a little more friendly.
I love coming here, but whoever took my order today 11/18/21 around 12:17pm, Dude was rude and I get it yall were busy but we all have jobs to do so if you dont like the lunch rush maybe you should pursue another Job.. ??♀️
Only ordered drinks. Question? I would like to know how and why we get charged $6.47 for 2 Rt.44 Sparkiling Water with mango and lime. I can understand charging for the mango and limes. But its water!!
