They good but always seen to forget the sauces and drinks whenever you order through the app
I come everyday to get a route 44 water and it's just part of my routine. I love my sonic!
Food was Great!! Josh, our carhop, was awesome!!! Only problem was they forgot our fries and when I pushed the button and let them know, the girl on the other end got an attitude. She informed me that Josh was the only carhop ( on a Friday night) and she would bring them out herself. She never showed, but Josh did, so he got a tip before he literally ran to do the next order.
My bacon wasn't cooked all the way and they sent me a hot dog they must have dropped it in the deep fryer for like 2 seconds and it came out ice cold in the middle. Just FYI the only thing you're doing when you drop that stuff in the deep fryer is making it greasy not cooking it properly hot dogs are not meant to be deep fried for a few seconds and my boyfriend and I saw a big huge rat crawling into the building on a pipe
The location in West has the least consistent quality of any Sonic I've ever used before and the order stations are old and constantly breaking down. The owner needs to make a few investments in this location. Hopefully, the new McDonald's will wake him, her or them up.
Really good food, would recommend to a friend. Also the quickest Sonic in Waco for getting orders out. Unless is REALLY busy
Very unsatisfied with them!Wouldn't recommend ordering thru app as obviously it doesn't work right as it seems to me, messed up order over 30 mins to make it right and still wasn't corrected, management wasn't helpful either.
Hailey is a terrible car hop. Doesn’t communicate and gets upset when she has to go inside because they didn’t get the order right. I tipped her but I shouldn’t of. Not my fault you hate your job.
Please teach your employees what customer service is... it is rude when the girl on the stall is constantly saying anything else after every item. I understand some nights are busy but its rude and makes customers lose train out thought on the order all while still forgetting a drink after reading my order back to me.
