Better tasting food than the sonic near me in Bedford, Tx.
Ordered several corn dogs and a small order of mozzarella cheese sticks. Paid with my card at the kiosk. Waited 30 minutes and watched other customers come and go with their orders. Finally I hit the button and asked about my order. “It will be right out!” I was told. Another 15 minutes goes by so I stop an employee who was walking by and told her I had been waiting now 45 minutes on 8 corn dogs and a small mozzarella cheese stick order. She said she would check on my order. She returned promptly and said, “We prepared you a large mozzarella cheese stick order. You ordered a small. So we’re having to make your cheese stick order over again.” What?I looked at her and calmly said, “You’re making me wait 45 minutes because you made a large order instead of a small? Why couldn’t you just give me the large? Ever heard of customer service? ?♀️I will never visit this Sonic again.
This was literally the worst sonic ever, the food was disgusting, when we finally got it. The lettuce was rotten, it was cold and soggy, it took them 45 min to get our food out, we pushed the button, they said it was coming, 20 min later I called them, they said it was coming, I finally got out and walked up to the door and asked if they had my order, they said it was on the way out,. Still took 5 more minutes to get it!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Well its took 45 minutes needed more workers, very busy spot but the young lady worked really hard, she apologized aswell the shake was made perfect
We went last Friday for dinner. All staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out quick. The food was great. You could tell they changed the oil often because the fried food tasted great. I even saw the cook changing the oil. Very impressed with this Sonic.
Wasn't impressed by this place or it's staff. Very tight to navigate through the parking lot and stalls. Customer service wasn't on point at all. Food too FOREVER to come out and then the young lady forgot to give us utensils to eat with. The speaker systems are very poor or was it the voice?!? I'm not sure but I as well as many other people were having a hard time hearing the staff over the intercom.
ordered at 8:42 and still waiting at 9:17– two drinks.still here at 9:32..just watched a worker sweep.
They always clear tickets super early and then proceed to take twice as long on orders as they're supposed to or should. Even when its not busy.
They where pretty fast , and nice. I would suggest you try the twisted pretzel with there cheese it is great
