I usually have a good experience at this location, but not today. I placed my order for 2 dozen assorted donuts and paid. When asked if there was any kind of donuts that I did not want, the employee helping me was obviously irritated with me that I did not want filled or cake donuts. She said..."You do not want filled OR cake donuts?! Next time, do not order assorted donuts, you need to order them a different way!" What in the world!!!! I have ordered assorted donuts before and was asked what kind I wanted, and I was not chastised for not wanting certain kinds nor was I told that I ordered them wrong. If I had not already paid this morning, I would have left and gone someplace else!!!

Normally have decent experiences, always tend to hear the employees talking unprofessionally. Went in today and one of the older ladies who works the register with the red hair was working with a middle school aged boy. She was VERY rude and impatient with him. He was ordering off the menu and said he wanted a mixed and a chocolate donut, of course he’s young and isn’t going to know mixed means 6 different donuts. She practically yelled at him telling him that mixed wasn’t a type of donut and told him to choose something else. He definitely felt bad. There were more discrepancies during his order, however I got called up to order. After the kid left the cashier proceeded to talk bad about the kid to the cashier checking me out saying how the parent should have gotten out of the car and come in because the kid doesn’t know what he’s doing. Please teach your staff to do better! They were the first faces that boy saw today, and they started his day on a rough start.

I know everyone goes here, but I don't like the donuts.
They were out of the Big Earls with cheese and some of our favorite donuts by 9 am and the lady was not very nice. She mentioned she was already supposed to be off to another worker.

We love this location. It’s always busy but the staff really works hard to keep the lines moving.
