Ok So The Reason I Am Giving 3 ☆☆☆'s Is Because We Were Not Amused By The Pre Boxed Donuts.We Came And Bought Donuts On 4/2/22,And They Seemed Like They Have Been In The Box For Awhile. They Were Smashed Closed Together. We Buy From Shipley's On A Regular Basic And Know That They Boxed There Donuts ? When We Order Them.And They Are Warm And Are Fresh.So You All Need To Do A Better Job.Bellmead Shipley's So Far Is The Best!

Today was our first and last time visiting this location. I was really looking forward to coming in today to try this place out. I was not impressed at all and slightly disappointed. We felt rushed (I know they're busy, I understand that) but we were not dragging our feet on our order either. I can deal with not so great customer service if the food is good, but it wasn't. It was not worth my time and money.
Very popular location, right by a school. That being said, even with having alot of customers they have very fast and friendly service. They have seating available inside and a drive-thru. Parking lot is a bit small so it can be a pain pull in at times. But well worth it.
I love going to Shipleys and get in their breakfast especially their donuts and stuff but every time I go I get the same person at the drive-through and she just acts like she hates her job when I ask her a simple question she can’t even look at me straight in the face and give me an answer and she acts like she has an attitude I run a salon and the first thing that I put first is customer service and I can say is this girl has very poor customer service
Best donuts in town! Fast and friendly service. Just wish they were open later than 1:00PM

Update from 2 years ago...Sadly they have gone downhill.They wear NO masks. And the donuts can easily catch whatever.They wear NO gloves. Which I didn't like before pre-covid.They wear NO hairnets. And the donuts can easily catch whatever loose hair.The workers say that you can NOT customize your drinks anymore. So you can't ask for light ice. Because of the Owner.Then, they don't have sprinkles for certain occasions??? They said it's because of their warehouse or people they get it from. Which makes NO sense. Because other donuts places in Waco have sprinkles and certain holiday donuts.This all goes back to the strict owner.
