I think the girl that works the drive thru is drunk. Always so confused and just never pays attention. Not to mention the strong odor.Pretty scary considering she’s handling my toddlers food and drink. I was so put off I actually just declined the food and drove away. This isn’t the first instance I’ve seen her this way. I called and Brittany the manager thought it was funny! I can’t believe the owner lets them handle their business this way. Being drunk is a concerning accusation and to laugh it off is very immature
Had ordered through favor and when my runner called me to explain they didn’t want to drop anymore donuts at 11 she tried to list out what options I had but I could hear how rude the employee was being. My favor runner also explained how rude the employee was. I had ordered a cappuccino and when I drank from it I could tell it was a mix of hot chocolate and cappuccino so my first thought was the employee ran out of cappuccino halfway through and just filled the rest up with hot chocolate. The other drink was suppose to be a cappuccino as well but I got what I think is an iced coffee? But it taste like nothing but sugar water. I can’t return it as I ordered through favor so I’m stuck with this meal. I understand if you guys are short staffed but that doesn’t excuse the employee’s behavior. I work fast food and I understand how hard it is to be understaffed and it’s an hour to close

The girl that took my order was very nice and had great customer service. When I had trouble with my order the manager was very helpful. It's been a long time since I've experienced great customer service and it was a good start to my morning. Will be returning!
Everytime we go here they mess our order up and we never get everything , just happened again
Not sure the name of the girl working the drive thru window this morning but she is rude. I come through alot during the week on my way to work and I have had this same experience over and over. When I ordered this morning she closed the window while I was still ordering. I understand it's cold outside but you should let people finish ordering.
Worst costumer service ever!!!! The girl who was at the window had the worst attitude ever she got so mad because I asked if I could get a single donut in a separate bag.
I have gone in several times and the young girl at register got order wrong three times. Then she read my order back but gave me all wrong donuts. If she don't won't to work dont be there.
Drive through was more interested in caring on a conversation with a known customer than getting order completed.Treated me like I was insulting her for being there. I had to reach in to get my purchase.To say she acted like she was on drugs is an understatement Will find another shipleysAnd didn’t get my order correct
Shipley's donuts off of Lakeshore drive and 19th in Waco lot of people go there don't go to the drive-thru get out go inside I'll recommend the big girl Earl not girl they're the best besides that they have other things and donuts too I love me some Shipley's started in Waco I believe if if I'm wrong so be it they are the best
