Traveling through Waco, went out of the way to come through this drive through and service and food did not disappoint. Drive through service was very friendly, helpful and patient. Food was fresh, flavorful and all of us received exactly what we ordered. Highly recommend and will be back when traveling through Waco next time!! Five stars!
Dining hours are limited to 5 hours a day even on weekends. Don't bother.

? So disappointed. No eat-in available. Drive-thru was the only option. If I want drive-thru, I can get Taco Bell, Whataburger or McDonalds.
They are not true to their hours. Online it says they close at 10pm everyday but I’ve been long before that in the evening and at lunch time several times and they aren’t open. Would appreciate updated hours.
First of all, I love Schlotzsky’s and the food is always good. What I can’t believe is how expensive it’s gotten. A “Choose Two” with HALF a sandwich and cup of soup used to be $9.00 and some change. It’s now almost $12!!! For HALF of a sandwich. I can go to lunch at Roadhouse and eat myself into a coma for less than $12. It was a good run, Schlotzsky’s. I wish you well.
There's an awning over the drive thru order area for when it's raining
Stopped to get some lunch and their lobby is closed. Are we still really blaming COVID for this? It is laziness and nothing else! We are in a truck and trailer and can't use their drive thru. Enough with shutting down inside dining!
Good sandwichs, wish they had sauerkraut for my Reuben.
Went in to order a to go. Inside dining was closed but you could pick up to go. When I tried to order she told me I had to get in drive thru to order. So I asked if I could call in order, she said no. So why do you have inside pick up.
