Rude! Wouldn't give me a manager's name. Didn't refund for food I paid for and waited 20 minutes to tell me they didn't have followed by telling me I should of called to make sure they it first. I got someone else's receipt. Didn't get my kids drinks. Isaac was snotty and condescending. I could hear him talking in the back about my situation but offered the young any help ( you could tell she was afraid of having to tell the customer something was wrong) when I asked when I could expect my refund which Isaac said he would issue all she could say I don't know I guess he's working on it.
terrible experience! placed an order online. came in at the time listed. waited another 10 minutes. only to be told it will be another 20 minutes for part of my order to be ready. and then was told that "I should have called to make sure they had what I order". when told they would refund me I asked when I could expect that to happen the girl said "ummm...I don't know I think he's working on it now". mind you the whole time this poor girl is having to be the messanger for the guy I can only assume is the manager on duty. I could hear him talking in the back the whole time telling this inexperienced girl what to say. not once did he offer to come talk to me. as I got in my car I noticed I wasn't given my drinks for my kids meals and when I went to look for my receipt I was given someone else's. (found the original in my email). I call the store and ask for the name of the general manager and when they are expected t[ be in next. the girl (I can only assume was the same one I dealt with in store) sounded scared and with an "ugh.....hold on" put me on hold for an extended period of time. finally a guy answers with a rude and annoyed hello. just hello and a yea. I again asked for the gm name. he said "we don't have a general manager but the owner will be in in the morning". ok can I have the owners name please. " no I don't give out the owners name you cam call in the morning and they can give it to you". what a terrible experience!! I call tomorrow but I have a feeling it won't go much better. ridiculous
The last time I grace this dump with my presence. Spent thirty bucks on sandwiches. Asked for half.a dozen of those horseradish packets (which have about a tablespoon of sauce in each), and was instead given a bag tied snugly, the contents of which, I discovered when I got home, included only three packets. Thirty bucks for two huge sandwiches. Three little packets.

It's a my nice store with a charming cashier. We made optimum use of the reward that I bore that evening, but I was irritated by the fact that I didn't see that the cheesy bun incurred an extra charge. My lady is worth it, though; and we enjoyed the company and value.
It was clean. The service was fast and the food was fresh and delicious. I got a Fiesta chicken sandwich and my friend got an original and we both commented on how fresh the bread tasted.
The gluten free bun is so good here! Staff is awesome and the dine in area is super clean!
