Waitress was geeat and food was wonderful thank You
Had to wait 40 minutes just to be seated. But the restaurant wasn't even full, so that raised an eyebrow. Anyway, the food was good and filled me up.
We came here for someone’s birthday. The wait was long as expected. The food wasn’t bad, also not the best. Our server Ali, had only a few tables but was not attentive whatsoever. Anytime we needed something she would roll her eyes or take deep sighs at us. She gave us the wrong food, didn’t refill our bread after we asked several times, was blatantly rude to my 7 year old for no reason, our table was covered in plates there was no room put anything anywhere, the high chairs were FILTHY. We had to clean them ourselves which is fine but the fact that they don’t clean their stuff is a bit odd… ihop even cleans their tables and chairs but red lobster doesn’t? We had a fairly large bill and someone wanted to use gift cards, but Ali sighed at us again and told us that if we wanted to use gift cards she would have to go get the manager then she just walked off. So she never got the manager to use the gift cards. We had to walk up to her and let her know the little self paid machine wasn’t working. So it literally took us 20 minutes for her to finally just use our credit card on her own kiosk. She made it seem like everything was a bothersome. We weren’t rowdy nor we did ask for much.. I’ve worked in service and hospitality for almost 10 years and I understand how stressful the job is but she had no reason to take her frustrations out on us.Honestly we all expected a little better from a red lobster especially when it’s a birthday and we paid quite a bit of money.
Excellent service and food was great .
Staff was super friendly great service and food was good. Wait time was a bit long.
Took 94 year young Momma for belated birthday. Scott the manager was very kind and generous. Mom remembers him from when he started managing there in '18 or '19.Ms. Alli was terrific in caring for us as well.Fish&Chips were spot on!Will return soon :-)
Robert N was a great waiter. Even if we had gift cards and I forgot to add a dessert until after we were cashing out. He did a great job serving us during the weekend of Valentine’s Day
We always go to Red Lobster and order the same meal when we go. We have been going since we got married in 1998. Today when we went we had to wait on our salads, my crab legs were cold, we felt like we got overlooked, and everyone one around us was getting waited on. My husband still left a generous tip, but I don't think we will be going back, I had to hold my peace.
Decided to try Red Lobster in Waco again. A year or so back we decided to stop here. Waited over an hour & we asked why people who came in behind us was being seated. They told us that we were not on the waiting list even though my wife saw the hostess write our name down. We decided to try them out again yesterday (3/7/22). Time frame was around 1:30pm. The restaurant had very few people seated. The restaurant was actually full of empty tables. There was 3 people waiting to be seated. We asked the time frame & the first couple said 15 minutes waiting time. The third lady stated she was told that she had a 30 minute wait. The hostess never even came up to the front to check us in, so we left. Very poorly run restaurant to say the least. I’ve been to other Red Lobster restaurants in the Dallas area & have had great experiences at Red Lobster. Waco Red Lobster seems to be a place to avoid.
Always great seafood! Great service! Very fast! And a biscuit to die for.
